المستخلص: هذا البحث مرتبط بدراسة أسلوب من أساليب اللغة المتعددة في الحديث الشريف وسوف تتناول فيه أدوت الشرط في السنن الصغرى للنسائي من كتاب الطهارة حتى كتاب السهو -دراسة نحوية دلالية، وتتمثل مشكلة البحث: في أن السنة النبوية هي المصدر الثاني من مصادر التشريع ونظرا لما يحوي كتاب السنن على كثير من أحاديث الأحكام فيجب تحري الدقة البالغة، في فهم النصوص النبوية، حتى لا يخرج المعنى إلى غير مقصده -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فيستنبط أحكاما خاطئة-، وتهدف الدراسة إلى تحقيق ما يلي: التعرف على مفهوم الشرط وآراء النحاة في هذا المفهوم، والتعرف على عناصر الجملة الشرطية الواردة في سنن النسائي من كتاب الطهارة حتى كتاب السهو، والتعرف على أدوات الشرط الجازمة وغير الجازمة الواردة في سنن النسائي من كتاب الطهارة حتى كتاب السهو، والتعرف على الأنماط الشرطية الواردة في سنن النسائي من كتاب الطهارة حتى كتاب السهو. وتمثل منهج الدراسة: في استخدام الباحثين في دراستهما المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي. وتوصل الباحثان إلى أداة العديد من النتائج، من أهمها: أكثر أداة للشرط شيوعا في كتاب الطهارة حتى كتاب السهو الأداة (إذا) وهي أداة شرط غير جازمة، ولعل ذلك يوضح مدى أصالة (إذا) الشرطية في أسلوب الشرط غير الجازم وكأنها أم الباب فيه نظير (إن) الشرطية في أسلوب الشرط الجازم.

This research is linked to the study of one of the multiple language methods in the noble hadith, and it will deal with the tools of the condition in the minor Sunnahs of women from the book of purity to the book of forgetfulness - a semantic grammatical study -, and the research problem is: that the prophetic Sunnah is the second source of legislation and in view of what it contains The book of Sunan contains many hadiths of rulings, so it is necessary to seek extreme accuracy in understanding the Prophetic texts, so that the meaning does not go beyond its intended purpose - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. So he elicits wrong judgments, and the study aims to achieve the following: identifying the concept of the condition and the grammarians’ opinions in this concept, and identifying the elements of the conditional sentence contained in Sunan Al-Nisa’i from the book of purity to the book of forgetfulness, and identifying the tools of the assertive and non-conclusive condition contained in Sunan Al-Nisa’i. From the book of purity to the book of forgetfulness. And getting acquainted with the conditional patterns mentioned in Sunan an-Nasa’i, from the Book of Purification to the Book of Forgetting. The study method: The researchers used the descriptive and analytical methods in their studies. The two researchers reached many results, the most important of which are: The most common conditional tool in the book of purity until the book of omission is the tool (if) which is a non-conclusive condition tool, and perhaps this shows the extent of the authenticity of the conditional (if) in the method of the non-conclusive condition, as if it were the mother of the door in which there is a counterpart. The conditional in the assertive conditional style.
