|a يتناول هذا البحث موضوع دور الاتصال السياسي في ترقية قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب الجزائري، حيث وضحنا فيه ماهية الاتصال السياسية وأهمية العلاقة بين المجالين السياسي والاتصالي، كما بينا مفهوم المواطنة ومختلف أبعادها، وفي الختام وضحنا أهم الإجراءات التي تسمح للسلطة السياسية من ترقية قيم المواطنة لدى الشباب، ويشكل الاتصال السياسي الذي تقوم به السلطة السياسية الجزائرية متغير هام في سبيل التعريف بقيم المواطنة وغرسها وترقيتها لدى الشباب، وذلك بانتقال عملية الاتصال السياسي من مجرد آداه الإعلام والدعاية للسلطة السياسية، إلى ضرورة غرس قيم الولاء والانتماء للوطن وزيادة الثقة بينها الشباب، بالإضافة إلى العمل على تعريف الأفراد بحقوقهم وواجباتهم السياسية وتزويدهم بمختلف الأفكار، المعتقدات، المعارف والقيم السياسية.

|b This research examines the role of political contact in promoting the values of citizenship among Algerian youth, where we have explained what political contact is and the importance of the relationship between the political and communication spheres, as we have shown the concept of citizenship and its various dimensions, and in conclusion we have clarified the most important actions that allow the authority of the promotion of the values of citizenship among young people, political contact by the Algerian political authority is an important variable in the definition of the values, inculcating and promoting citizenship among young people, by moving the process of political communication from a mere media and propaganda tool to political power, to the need Instilling values of loyalty and belonging to the nation and increasing trust between them and young people, as well as working to familiarize individuals with their political rights and duties and provide them with different ideas, beliefs, knowledge and political values.
