المستخلص: تكمن مشكلة هذا البحث في كون هذا القدر من الاختيارات الفقهية للشيخ عبد الله أبا بطين لا تزال مخطوطات حبيسة الأدراج، ومن ثم لا يتبين لنا منهج الشيح في اختياراته، والكشف عن منهج الشيخ أبا بطين في اختياراته في فقه العبادات، وتوضيح موقفه من آراء مذهبه الحنبلي ومخالفته للمذاهب الأخرى، واتسم مذهبه أكثر من سواه بشدته على أهل البدع، وتمسكهم عن الوقوع في المأثم، والعمل بسد الذريعة فإلى أي مدى التزم الشيخ بسمة مذهبه وتصديه لكثير من القضايا الفقهية المعاصرة نتيجة الظروف السياسية التي مرت به، فأضاف باختياراته الفقهية تجديدا لمذهبه خاصة وللفقه عامة. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان منهج الشيخ في مؤلفاته واختياراته، مع توضيح طريقته في التعليق والإجابة على المسائل وفق مذهب الإمام أحمد، ومدى التزامه بالمذهب الحنبلي من جهة الترجيح، وإبراز أهم الاختيارات الفقهية في فقه العبادات التي برزت في عصره، مع التأكيد على جوانب الاستفادة من دراسة منهجه. وقد سرت في منهج البحث: على المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي والوصفي والتاريخي، مع التركيز على أسلوب تحليل المحتوى. وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث من خلال الدراسة:- أثر الظروف السياسية والاجتماعية والدينية والاقتصادية في اختيارات الشيخ عبد الله أبا بطين الفقهية. -سلك في منهجه مسلك مذهبه الحنابلة في اختياراته الفقهية، مع عدم التعصب لمذهبه فيما اختاره أو رجحه من مسائل. -مدى دقة الشيخ في عرض المعتمد من المذهب الحنبلي مما هو متعلق بفقه العبادات. -كانت أول رسالة تحظى بجمع اختيارات الشيخ عبد الله أبا بطين الفقهية في العبادات.

This research case study lies in the fact that this amount of the jurisprudential choices of Sheikh Abdullah Abba Batin are still manuscripts locked in drawers; therefore, we do not see the sheikh's approach in his choices, reveal the approach of Sheikh Abba Batin in his choices in the jurisprudence of worship acts, and clarify his position on the opinions of his Hanbali School and his disagreements with the other schools. His school was more characterized by his severity on the people of innovations, and their commitment not to falling into sin, and prohibition of what may lead to committing sins. So, to what extent he committed himself to the general principles of his school and confronted many current jurisprudential issues as a result of the political conditions he passed. With his jurisprudential choices he renewed his school, and the jurisprudence in general. This research aims to show the sheikh's approach in his writings and choices, and clarify his way of commenting and answering issues according to the School of Imam Ahmed, and the extent to which he is committed to the Hanbali School in his preferences and highlight the most important jurisprudential choices in the jurisprudence of worship acts that emerged in his time while emphasizing the aspects of benefiting from the study of his approach. I adopted the inductive, analytical, descriptive and historical methodology, focusing on the method of content analysis. The most important findings the researcher found through the study are as follows. The researcher presented the impact of the political, social, religious and economic conditions in the jurisprudential choices of Sheikh Abdullah Aba Batin. His jurisprudential choices followed the way of the Hanbali School without prejudice to his school in the issues he chose or preferred. The sheikh was accurate in presenting what was adopted by Hanbali School about the jurisprudence of worship acts. This theis was the first dissertation to collect the jurisprudential choices of Sheikh Abdullah Aba Batin in worship acts.
