|b This article aims to understand and explain the reality of financing green entrepreneurship. We were specifically interested in the role of public systems in the financing of green entrepreneurship in the wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou. The results of our survey, which is based on the analysis of semi-structured interviews addressed to the managers of the various public financing tools and young green entrepreneurs, revealed the existence of a type of unstructured entrepreneurship in the framework of the nomenclature of activities financed by existing public mechanisms, namely public support mechanisms do not provide specific funding for green entrepreneurship.

|d Cet article vise à comprendre et à expliquer la réalité du financement de l’entrepreneuriat vert en Algérie. Nous nous sommes intéressés spécifiquement au rôle des dispositifs publics dans le financement de l’entrepreneuriat vert au sein de la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou. Les résultats de notre enquête, qui s'appuie sur l'analyse d'entretiens semi-directifs adressés aux responsables des différents outils de financements publics et aux jeunes entrepreneurs verts, ont révélé l'existence d'un type d'entrepreneuriat non structuré dans le cadre de la nomenclature des activités financées par les instruments existants. Par ailleurs, les dispositifs publics de soutien n’accordent pas de financements spécifiques à l’entrepreneuriat vert.
