But a reviewer of the state of the sports movement, including school sport, finds that this is a continuing deterioration from what it was in the past, whether in terms of quantity or quality. Faced with this contradiction, we considered it necessary to find out the truth about this affair, to reveal its causes and to try to find practical solutions to this situation.
