المستخلص: ناقشت الورقة البحثية دور التدريب التقني والمهني لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في ضوء رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠؛ كون التدريب التقني والمهني مبدأ تدريبيا شاملا، لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، كما يتطلب وجود تدريب تقني منتج ومتحرر، وتوفير نظام تعليمي قادر على استيعاب المعطيات التقنية والمهنية الجديدة؛ لذا تناولت الورقة أربعة مباحث رئيسة: الأول: الإجابة عن السؤال الأول الذي ينص على: ما مدخل مفهوم التدريب التقني والمهني، وموقع التعليم، والتدريب التقني، والمهني؟ وللإجابة على هذا السؤال تناولنا مدخل وأهمية ومؤشرات التدريب التقني والمهني، وأهداف وبرامج المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني. وتناول المبحث الثاني الإجابة عن السؤال الثاني الذي ينص على: ما أهمية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة والعائد من التدريب التقني والمهني ودور القطاع الخاص في سوق العمل؟ وللإجابة عن هذا السؤال تناولنا التنمية المستدامة للموارد البشرية، ودور القطاع الخاص في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وتناول المبحث الثالث الإجابة عن السؤال الثالث الذي ينص على: ما واقع التدريب التقني والمهني بالمملكة العربية السعودية وأثر التدريب عليه؟ وللإجابة عن هذا السؤال تم تناول: واقع وأهمية التدريب التقني والمهني في تحقق مؤشرات البرامج التدريبية الفاعلة، أما المبحث الرابع فتناول الإجابة عن السؤال الرابع الذي ينص على: ما التصور المقترح للتدريب التقني والمهني في ضوء التجارب العالمية، كونه نموذجا للبحث؟ وللإجابة عن هذا السؤال تم تناول تجربة الخصخصة، وأهمية التعاون مع الدول الأجنبية لتطوير التدريب التقني والمهني، وبعض التجارب الناجحة في هذا المجال، واستنتاجات الورقة البحثية، والتصور المقترح للتدريب التقني والمهني في ضوء التجارب العالمية.

The research paper discussed the role of technical and vocational training to achieve sustainable development in the light of the Kingdom's 2030 vision; the fact that technical and vocational training is a comprehensive educational principle, to achieve sustainable development, as well as a productive and liberal technical education, and to provide an educational system capable of absorbing new technical and professional data; Therefore, four main topics were discussed: The first: The answer to the first question that states: What is the entrance to the concept of technical and vocational training, and the location of technical and vocational education and training? To answer this question, the entrance, importance and indicators of technical and vocational education, and the goals and programs of the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training were addressed. The second topic dealt with the answer to the second question which states: What is the importance of achieving sustainable development and the return from technical and vocational education and the role of the private sector in the labor market? To answer this question, sustainable development of human resources and the role of the private sector in achieving sustainable development were addressed. The third topic dealt with the answer to the third question which states: What is the reality of technical and vocational training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the impact of education on it? To answer this question, it was dealt with the reality and importance of technical training in achieving the indicators of effective training programs. As for the fourth topic, it deals with the answer to the fourth question which states: What is the proposed vision for technical and vocational training in light of global experiences, as a model for the research? To answer this question, the experience of privatization, the importance of cooperation with foreign countries to develop technical and vocational training, some successful experiences in this field, the conclusions of the research paper, and the proposed perception of technical and vocational training in the light of global experiences have been addressed.
