المستخلص: The dialysis patients representations of the kidney transplant oscillating between the wish of change which puts end to their dependence to the dialysis machine, and the fear to acquire their autonomy. This work will focus on the presentation of a clinical case (clinical interview, rorschach protocol and TAT protocol) of a 40 year old dialysis patient, in order to understand the fantasmatic experience of transplantation in this patient, and to predict the incorporation of the graft or its rejection in case of real anatomical transplant.

les patients dialysés évoquent des représentations de la greffe rénale oscillant entre le souhait d’un changement qui met fin à leur dépendance à la machine de dialyse, et la peur d’acquérir leur autonomie. Ce travail portera sur la présentation d’un cas clinique (entretien clinique, protocole de Rorschach et protocole de TAT) d’une patiente dialysé âgée de 40 ans, afin de mieux comprendre le vécue fantasmatique de la greffe chez cette patiente et de prédire l’incorporation du greffon ou son rejet en cas de greffe anatomique réelle.
