|a الأهداف: التعرف على مستوى كل من الضغوط النفسية وصلابة النفسية لدى طلاب جامعة نجران والعلاقة بينهما، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على الفروق في الضغوط النفسية في متغير الجنس ونوع الكلية والمستوى الأكاديمي في جامعة نجران للطلاب. والمصطلحات: (1) الصلابة النفسية، (2) الضغوط النفسية، عينة: وتشمل طلاب جامعة نجران، وسوف تشمل (82) طالباً و(72) طالبة من العملية والنظرية في كليات جامعة نجران مع المستوى الأكاديمي مختلفة، بمتوسط (19.23) سنة، وانحراف معياري من (0.80). المنهج: وتستند هذه الدراسة على استخدام من المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وذلك باستخدام العديد من الاختبارات النفسية لقياس هذه الظاهرة. والنتائج: ولقد سجلت الإناث درجات أعلى من الذكور في الصلابة النفسية ولكن الذكور سجلت أعلى من الإناث في الضغط النفسية، كما كانت (قيمة ف) ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح الذكور في متغير الضغوط النفسية، كما كانت (قيمة ف) ليس لها أي دلالة إحصائية في أبعاد مقياس الصلابة النفسية، كما كانت هنا دلالة إحصائية في (قيمة ف) في أبعاد متغير الضغوط النفسية، لاحظ وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مقياس الصلابة النفسية والضغوط النفسية في مستوى (0.001).

|b Objectives: Identify the level of each of psychological stress and psychological hardness at Najran University students and their relationship, It also aimed to identify the differences in psychological stress due to gender and type of faculty and academic level at Najran University Students, Terminology: (1) Psychological Hardness, (2) Psychological Stress, sample: include Najran University students, and will include (82) male students and (72) female students from the practical and theoretical at Najran University colleges with different academic level, with mean (19.23) years, and a standard deviation of (0.80), Approach: This study is based on the use of the descriptive approach Correlative, using many psychological tests to measure the phenomenon, results: Females temperatures higher than males recorded in the psychological hardness but males scored higher than females degrees in psychological stress, That (t. test) of the dimensions of psychological stress scale total score statistically significant in favor of males values. The (f. value) in the dimensions of psychological hardness scale and the total score is not statistically significant that the (f. value) in the dimensions of psychological stress scale total score statistically significant, Note the presence of Correlative relationship between psychological hardness scale and psychological in level of (0.001).
