تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير حزب يهدوت هتوراه على التربية والتعليم في إسرائيل، وهي تتناول بالتحليل تأثير هذا الحزب الديني اليهودي المتشدد دينيا وفكريا على السياسات التعليمية والتربوية، إذ أنه رغم تشدد وسلبية الحريديم بعدم انخراطهم في العمل والخدمة العسكرية، وانعزالهم اجتماعيا؛ تمكن المجتمع الإسرائيلي من استيعابهم والتعايش معهم، بل أكثر من ذلك فقد استجابت الأغلبية في إسرائيل لكثير من القيود والشرائع الدينية وفق الشريعة الأرثوذكسية التي يؤمن بها الحريديم وأحزابهم، وذلك في الأمور الحياتية والأحوال الشخصية، والشؤون التعليمية والسياسية والتشريعية وغيرها. لتحليل هذا التأثير على التربية والتعليم في إسرائيل عاد الباحث إلى عدد من الدراسات السابقة القريبة من موضوع الدراسة، وقد أفاد منها في تحديد مشكلة الدراسة التي تتمثل في معرفة مدى تأثير الحزب على التعليم والتربية، وإذ يرغب الباحث في الإسهام في المعرفة العلمية البحثية في هذا المجال؛ فإنه قد حرص على الإتيان بمعلومات حديثة حول الموضوع وحاول أثراء الدراسة بإضافات جديرة بالثقة. فاستخدم الباحث اقتراب التحليل النظمي لدافيد ايستون، ومنهج صنع القرار لدراسة تطور هذا الحزب وتأثيره، وتطرق إلى نشأة وتطور هذا الحزب، وناقش تأثيره على التعليم من خلال دوره في السلطات التشريعية والتنفيذية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن لهذا الحزب تأثير ملحوظ في الشؤون الدينية والتعليمية والثقافية، ويساهم في صنع السياسات التعليمية والتربوية، وكان لذلك أثر واضح على العلاقة بين الدين والدولة في إسرائيل، وعلى بوتقة الصهر الإسرائيلية والتماسك المجتمعي.
This study aims to identify the role of Yahdot Htora Party on the education in Israel. The researcher analyzes the influence of this religious party, the Jew religion on the educational policies, despite the hardness and negativity of this Haredim by not engaging in work or in the military service, Israeli society has been able to cope and coexist with them. Moreover, the majority in Israel have responded to many of the religious restrictions and laws in accordance with the orthodox law of the ultra-Orthodox parties, in matters of life and personal status, and in some cases such as Educational, political, legislative etc. In order to analyze this effect on education in Israel, the researcher returned to a number of previous studies close to the subject of the study, which he used to identify the problem of the study, which is to know the extent of the influence of the party on education. The researcher wishes to contribute to the scientific research knowledge in this field ; He had been keen to provide up-to-date information on the subject and had tried to enrich the study with credible additions. The researcher used the approach of systematic analysis of Eston, and the decision-making approach to study the development of this party and its impact, and touched on the emergence and development of this party, and discussed its impact on education through its role in the legislative and executive authorities. The study concluded that this party has a significant influence in religious, educational and cultural affairs, and Making educational policies. This has a clear impact on the relationship between religion and state in Israel, on the melting pot of Israel and on social cohesion in Israel
