لقد شهدت دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تناميا مطردا في ازدهار المشهد الإعلامي السمعي المرئي، فقد زادت الإذاعية خاصة تلك التي تبث على موجات (FM) لتبلغ 12 إذاعة، وهذا التنامي المطرد له أثره الفاعل في المجتمع بما يحمله من خطاب إعلامي مؤثر، فقد أصبحت هذه الوسائل الإعلامية جزءا لا يتجزأ من الممارسات الحياتية اليومية لأبناء المجتمع، ولا ننكر بأن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي قد أخذت نصيبا لا بأس به من وقت شريحة الشباب، ولكن لا زالت الوسائل التقليدية من إذاعة وتلفزيون لها جمهورها، وتأثيرها في إيصال صوت أفراد المجتمع للحكومة، وزيادة الوعي الاجتماعي الإماراتي. وتأتي هذه الدراسة لتلقي ضوء على المشهد الإعلامي السمعي بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وإبراز حرية الرأي والتعبير التي تكفلها قوانين الدولة ودستورها، وإلى رقي مستوى التواصل المباشر بين كل من يعيش على هذه الأرض الطيبة وبين المسئولين وأصحاب القرار حتى على مستوى الحكومة بنفسها، وهذا ما لا نجده في أي دولة في العالم، فهنيئا لنا ولمن يعيش معنا بهذه النخبة من القادة. ويندرج موضوع بحثنا (برنامج الخط المباشر في إذاعة وتلفزيون الشارقة) ضمن المساعي الرامية إلى معرفة مدى فاعلية هذا البرنامج في حل المشاكل في المجتمع، ومدى تفاعل الجمهور مع هذا البرنامج ومعرفة رجع الصدى للمداخلات الهاتفية لصاحب السمو الشيخ الدكتور سلطان بن محمد القاسمي - عضو المجلس الأعلى حاكم إمارة الشارقة.
The United Arab Emirates has witnessed a steady growth in the prosperity of the audiovisual media landscape, as radio stations, especially those broadcasting on FM waves, have increased to reach 12 radio stations, and this steady growth has an effective impact on society with its influential media discourse. These media have become an integral part of the daily life practices of the members of society. We do not deny that social networks have taken a good share of the time of the youth. However, the traditional means of radio and television still have their audience and impact in conveying the voice of members of society government and increasing Emirati social awareness. This study is carried out to shed light on the audio media landscape in the United Arab Emirates, highlight freedom of opinion and expression guaranteed by the laws and constitution of the state, and raise the level of direct communication between everyone who lives on this good land and between officials and decision-makers, even at the level of the government itself, and this is not what we find in any country in the world, so congratulations to us and those who live with us with this elite of leaders. The topic of our research (The Direct Line Program on Sharjah Radio and Television) is part of the efforts aimed at knowing the extent of the effectiveness of this program in solving problems in society, and the extent of the public's interaction with this program and knowing the feedback of the telephone interventions of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi - Member of the Supreme Council Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah.
