المستخلص: The study presents a case study of Weave the National Vision Exhibit inspired by the Saudi Vision 2030. Weave the National Vision Exhibit was displayed at one of the local fabric stores in Jeddah, during 2- 31 December 2020. All the students in the Department of Fashion and Textiles were invited to participate and showcase their designs that represents Saudi heritage as a way to enhance the national identity. The exhibit itself offered the students an opportunity to make real-world connections with the entrepreneurial community and support their contribution to Small and medium-sized fashion enterprises. The purpose of this research was to explore how the participating in this exhibit enhance the development of the employability skills among Fashion and Textile Department students. A descriptive approach was applied to collect data via questionnaire from 38 students to rate their employability skills before and after their participation in the exhibit. Pre and post comparisons revealed that participation in an exhibition contributes to developing students' employability skills.
