المستخلص: The research includes applied search with feasible fund for equipment major machines and sectional for the serigraphic printing laboratories to silk screen printmaking. Therefor the composed primal unit administration organized for printing laboratory to enrich the classical old-fashioned laboratories by the artistry colleges at Egypt by is supported with modernized technical and advanced properties which are capable from the particular academicals development ride. As a result, it supports the material NE sources through operating those laboratories, by benefit basically practically and physically in favor of student’s practicing for preparing to their careers. Particularly that, Minor specialization form scientific section of artistic specific applied collages include expertise labs to silk screen printmaking, despite of incomplete repairing for ten year, and non-functional antiquated equipment which they are mostly unqualified to practice on, and dissatisfying for advanced printing operation. Therefore, the capability of qualifying the labs in the approval of employing it as internal resources for the scientific section with its old equipment don’t modify with the recent evolution and the expansion of the students numbers. The researcher make with the detailed studying of all the printing units, the main and secondary instruments, the scientific names, their prices, the feasibility study, their academic and material importance, the return of them, the procedures of their operation, the training of the workers, the allocation of independent units within them, The researcher also deals with some of the printing equipment and auxiliary equipment for the internal printing units of the laboratory, which he designed and implemented himself to meet the need due to the high price of imported equipment. The research is also concerned with the potential priority of the unit operating axes and the potential benefit of its operation in the unit's training tasks, and the possibility of offering comprehensive or fragmented training courses to teach the arts techniques of textile printing. The study also provides a professional certificate in the field of graphic design for textile printing. This can give a professional certificate in the field of graphic design to print the version. And be used to reproduce typographic techniques for indirect printing techniques such as Sublimation printing and Tampo machines, as well as thermal transfer media with five colors WCMYK laser machines. The porosity is hosted by the college, which benefits scientific, technical and material.

يتناول البحث دراسة تطبيقية بحثية بجدوى مالية للمعدات والآلات الرئيسية والفرعية لمعامل الطباعة السيرجرافية للطباعة النافذة، وكذلك نظم إدارة الوحدات الرئيسية المكونة للمعمل الطباعي والتي تهدف لإثراء المعامل القديمة بالكليات الفنية في مصر بإمكانيات تقنية حديثة ومتطورة تمكنها من ركب التطور الأكاديمي المناسب وكذلك لدعم الموارد المادية من خلال تشغيل تلك المعامل والاستفادة منها تطبيقيا وعمليا وماديا ولسد الحاجة الملحة لإعادة تأهيل المعامل الطباعية الفنية للعمل الفني المطبوع والقيمة التشكيلية ولتدريب الطلاب لإعدادهم لسوق العمل. ولا سيما أن بعض التخصصات القليلة جدا من الأقسام العلمية بالكليات الفنية والنوعية والتطبيقية لديها المعامل الخاصة بالطباعة المسامية النافذة إلا أنها لم يتم تجديدها منذ عشرات الأعوام وأدواتها عتيقة ولا تعمل والكثير منها لا يصلح للتدرب عليه ولا يفي بغرض العملية الطباعية الحديثة، وبالتالي فإن إمكانية تأهيل تلك المعامل لتشغيلها كموارد داخلية للأقسام العلمية بمعداتها القديمة لا يتناسب مع التطور الحالي وزيادة أعداد الطلاب. ويتناول الباحث من خلال تلك الدراسة تفصيلا دقيقا لدراسة كاملة لكل الوحدات الطباعية والأدوات الرئيسية والثانوية والآلات وأسماؤها العلمية وأسعارها ودراسة جدواها وأهميتها الأكاديمية والمادية والعائد منها، وإجراءات تشغيلها وتدريب العمالة عليها وتخصيص وحدات مستقلة داخلها لإنجاز العمل الداخلي وكذلك صيانتها وإجراءات الأمن والسلامة ومراقبة الجودة ونظم إدارتها، كما يتناول الباحث بعض المعدات والآلات الطباعية المعاونة لوحدات الطباعة الداخلية للمعمل والتي قام بتصميمها وتنفيذها بنفسه وذلك لسد الحاجة نظرا لارتفاع سعر المعدات المستوردة. كما يهتم البحث بدراسة أولية محتملة لمحاور تشغيل الوحدة والمنفعة المحتملة لتشغيلها في المهام التدريبة للوحدات، وإمكانية طرح دورات تدريب شاملة أو مجزأة لتعليم فنون وتقنيات طباعة النسيج، والتي يمكنها إعطاء شهادة مهنية متخصصة في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي لطباعة النسيج، كما يتناول البحث إمكانية إقامة سمبزيوم سنوي لتقنيات الطباعة المسامية تستضيفه الكلية مما يعود بالمنفعة العلمية والفنية والمادية.
