المستخلص: تسعى شركات التصميم الداخلي إلى تقديم أفضل الخدمات والجودة في التصميم لعملائها؛ فدراسة سلوك الأفراد هو دراسة وفهم سلوك العاملين في الشركة ويشمل ذلك: أسلوب تفكيرهم وإدراك العاملين. تكمن مشكلة الدراسة في عدم مراعاة تصميم الحيزات الفراغية لبيئة العمل، وهو عامل رئيس يقلل من الإنتاجية والقدرة على الإبداع. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة الحيز الفراغي، وأثره على سلوك العاملين داخل شركات التصميم الداخلي، ودراسة كيف يحسن الحيز الفراغي من أداء وكفاءة العاملين. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث تم تصميم استبانة وتحليلها إحصائيا من خلال برنامج (SPSS)، وتم تصميم أسئلة المقابلات الشخصية للمختصين في مجال التصميم الداخلي، وتم تحليلها وترميزهـا وتبويبها من خلال جداول من عمل الباحث، كما تم الاعتماد على الزيارات الميدانية لعدد من شركات التصميم الداخلي المتواجدة في الأردن؛ من أجل ملاحظة ومراقبة سلوك العاملين، وتم تحليلها خلال جداول من تصميم الباحث، والخروج بالنتائج النهائية. جاءت أهمية الدراسة من خلال تحقيق التصميم الأمثل للحيزات الفراغية، والتحسين من أداء وسلوك العاملين داخل شركات التصميم الداخلي، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: 1. للحيز الفراغي دور هام في التصميم الداخلي، وينعكس ذلك على سلوك العاملين داخل شركات التصميم الداخلي. 2. يؤثر الحيز الفراغي -كأحد عناصر التصميم الداخلي -على أداء وكفاءة وخدمات شركات التصميم الداخلي. ٣. الحيز الفراغي يؤثر على جودة وكفاءة وفاعلية التصميم داخل شركات التصميم الداخلي.

Interior design companies strive to provide the best services and quality in design to their clients; the study of the behavior of individuals is the study and understanding of the behavior of employees in the company, including their thinking style and the perception of employees. The problem of the study lies in the lack of consideration for the design of the space for the work environment, which is a major factor that reduces productivity and creativity. This study aims to study the spatial space, and its impact on the behavior of employees within the interior design companies, and to study how the spatial space improves the performance and efficiency of employees. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method. Where a questionnaire was designed and analyzed statistically through the (SPSS) program, and interview questions were designed for specialists in the field of interior design, and were analyzed, coded and classified through tables from the researcher’s work. Field visits to a number of interior design companies located in Jordan were also relied upon; In order to observe and control the behavior of workers, it was analyzed through tables designed by the researcher, and the final results came out. The importance of the study came through achieving the optimal design of the spaces, and improving the performance and behavior of employees within the interior design companies. The most important results of the study are the following: 1. Space plays an important role in interior design, and this is reflected in the behavior of employees within interior design companies. 2. The space - as one of the elements of interior design - affects the performance, efficiency and services of interior design companies. 3. Spatial space affects the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of design within interior design companies.
