المستخلص: يدرس هذا البحث مكونات البيئات الداخلية للمستشفيات من خلال تحليلها بنائيا، ومعرفة مدى أهميتها في تحسين سلوك الأفراد المتواجدين داخل هذه المستشفيات. تتلخص مشكلة هذا البحث في عدم استغلال وتوظيف مكونات البيئات الداخلية الوظيفية والجمالية والفيزيائية والنفسية والصحية بالشكل الصحيح لتحسين سلوك المرضى والزوار والأفراد العاملين داخل المستشفيات، والتي تؤثر بدورها على سلوكهم بشكل إيجابي وتساعد على تحسين راحة وعلاج المرضى وشفائهم وحركة الزوار وتعديل مزاج العاملين مما يؤدي إلى رفع كفاءة المستشفيات وجعلها بيئة صحية آمنة بشكل كبير. المنهجية التي تم إتباعها في هذا البحث هي الوصفية التحليلية، حيث قام الباحث بتوزيع استبيانات على مجموعة من الأفراد المتواجدين داخل المستشفيات، كما تم إجراء بعض المقابلات الشخصية مع مجموعة من العاملين في المستشفيات كمختصين للاطلاع على أهمية مكونات البيئات الداخلية في تحقيق الكفاءة للمستشفيات، كما قام هذا البحث على تقديم بعض الأمثلة والشروحات حول غرف وأماكن طبقت التحليل البنائي في مكوناتها الداخلية، وكيف لعب ذلك دورا في التأثير على سلوك المرضى والزوار والعاملين. جاءت نتائج هذا البحث لتؤكد على أن مكونات البيئات الداخلية في المستشفيات تساهم بشكل كبير ومباشر في التأثير على سلوك الأفراد المتواجدين داخل هذه المستشفيات، كما جاءت النتائج لتؤكد على أن مكونات البيئات الداخلية (الوظيفية والجمالية والفيزيائية والنفسية والصحية) تلعب دورا هاما في كفاءة وأداء المستشفيات، أخيرا جاءت النتائج تؤكد على أن المستشفيات المصممة بشكل جيد تعمل على تعزيز سلوك المرضى بالمستشفى وتسريع علاجهم وشفائهم، وتسهيل حركة الزوار خلال زيارتهم للمستشفيات، كما تعمل بشكل فعال في تحسين مزاج العاملين على أن يقدموا أفضل رعاية صحية ممكنة لمرتادي المستشفيات.

This research examines the components of the internal environments of the hospitals through their constructive analysis and knowledge of their importance in improving the behavior of individuals within hospitals. The problem of this research is not to exploit and employ the components of the internal environments functional, aesthetic, physical, psychological and health in the right way to improve the behavior of patients, visitors and individuals working in hospitals, which in turn affect their behavior positively and help to improve the comfort and treatment of patients and their recovery and the movement of visitors and modify the mood of the workers, which leads to raising the efficiency of hospitals and making them a healthy environment. The methodology followed in this research is descriptive analytical, where the researcher distributed questionnaires to a group of individuals inside hospitals, also personal interviews were conducting with a group of hospital staff as specialists to learn about the importance of the components of internal environments in achieving efficiency for hospitals, and the impact of the components of internal environments on their mood and function, as this research provided some examples and explanations about rooms and places applied structural analysis in their internal components, and how this played a role in influencing the behavior of patients, visitors and workers. The results of this research confirm that the components of the internal environments in hospitals contribute significantly and directly to the behavior of individuals inside these hospitals, as came the results to emphasize that the components of internal environments (functional, aesthetic, physical, psychological and health) play an important role in the efficiency and performance of hospitals, finally the results confirm that well-designed hospitals work to enhance the behavior of patients in hospital and accelerate their treatment and recovery, and facilitate the movement of visitors visiting hospitals, and work effectively in improving the mood of workers. To provide the best possible health care for hospital patients.
