المستخلص: تكررت عبارة (رعاية الفاصلة) عند كثير من المفسرين بأساليب مختلفة، وهذا الأمر استوقفني للكتابة فيه، لذا شرعت في موضوع (القول برعاية الفاصلة في تفسير أبي حيان البحر المحيط-دراسة نظرية تطبيقية)، فقمت بالتأصيل له من خلال الدراسة النظرية لموضوع الفاصلة القرآنية، وذلك ببيان معناها وأنواعها والفرق بين الفاصلة والسجع، وغيرها من الموضوعات. ثم تناولت نموذجا من المفسرين الذين ذهبوا إلى القول برعاية الفاصلة، وهو أبو حيان الأندلسي في تفسيره (البحر المحيط)، اخترت منه عشرة مواضع عشوائية، ووقفت معها مسألة مسألة، أبين أولا أصل المسألة، ثم الشاهد فيها، ثم عرض المسألة، ثم توجهها، ثم خلاصتها، مركزا على بيان رأي أبي حيان فيما ذهب إليه من القول برعاية الفاصلة، ثم خلصت بالنتائج، والتي أهمها رأي أبي حيان في القول برعاية الفاصلة، حيث ينحو منحي وسطا- رحمه الله-، إضافة إلى بيان وجه العلاقة بين الفاصلة وآيتها وبينها وبين جاراتها من الآيات، وكيف أنها تعتبر مظهرا من مظاهر الإعجاز في القرآن الكريم. ثم خرج البحث بتوصية هامة، وهي ضرورة استيفاء هذا الموضوع في كتب التفسير عن طريق دراسات علمية محكمة.

The phrase (the care of the interval) was repeated by many commentators in different ways, and this matter stopped me to write about it, so I started on the topic (the saying in sponsoring the interval in the interpretation of Abu Hayyan al-Bahr al-Muhit - an applied theoretical study). I began citing its legal existence in religion through my theoretical study to the Quranic interval by stating its meaning, types, the difference between interval and assonance, and other topics. Then I dealt with an example from the commentators who went to say under the auspices of the interval, which is Abu Hayyan al-Andalusi in his interpretation (the surrounding sea).I chose ten random topics. Then I stopped with each question explaining the origin of it, the reason why I mentioned it, exposing the matter ,directing it then its conclusion, focusing on clarifying the opinion of Abu Hayyan regarding what he went to say with the auspices of the interval, then concluded with the results, the most important of which is the opinion of Abu Hayyan in the saying under the auspices of the interval, as it takes an intermediate direction - may God have mercy on him - in addition to clarifying the relationship between the interval and its verse and between it and Its neighbors from the verses, and how it is considered a manifestation of miracles in the Noble Qur’an. Then the research came out with an important recommendation, which is the necessity of completing this topic in books of interpretation by means of scientific studies.
