المستخلص: نشأت في القارة الأمريكية حضارات مهمة كان أهمها حضارات أمريكا الوسطى، ثم امتد تأثير هذه الحضارات إلى كافة أرجاء القارة، فتأثر الهنود الحمر والأقوام البربرية بها، ومن أشهر هذه الحضارات هي المايا والازتيك والانكا، وقد اعتمدت هذه الحضارات بالدرجة الأساس على الزراعة التي تعد أهم المهن التي كان لها دوراً كبيراً في أحياء النظام الاقتصادي في تلك الحضارات، وقد مرت هذه الحضارات بمراحل انتقالية تطورية نقلت من خلالها ثقافات كبيرة، فضلاً عن تطور نظام الطرق والمواصلات، فنجد في حضارة الازتيك مثلاً تطبيقاً لنظام الحدائق المعلقة وهو بذلك يشابه الجنائن المعلقة في بابل، أما في حضارة الانكا فنجد الطرق اكثر تطوراً وتعقيداً حيث تمكنوا من بناء الجسور، كما تميزوا بمهارة البناء إذ ما زالت أثارهم شاخصة إلى الآن، واشتهروا بصف الأحجار بطريقة هندسية جميلة إذ تميزت الأبنية في حضارات المايا والازتيك والانكا بأسلوب البناء التوظيفي الذي اهتم بدراسة غرض المبنى وغايته وعليه يصمم الشكل المناسب له. وعلى الرغم من نضج حضارات المايا والازتيك والانكا ووصولها إلى قمة التطور والرقي إلا أنها تعد متأخرة إذ ما قورنت بحضارات بلاد الرافدين ووادي النيل وبلاد الشام.

The subject of south and central America civilizations is one of the most important subject, because it focuses on the cultural aspect of all Mayoazetica. Through our research, we reached to some conclusions, including: The American Civilization on the basis depends on culture, despite that there are a number of available professions which had a large role, the culture was the basis of the economic system of these civilizations. MAYA , AL-AZTEEK and AL-ANKA civilizations have taken the principle of polytheism , either in respect of Gods and ways of sacrifice which is somewhat strange ,depends on the principle of human killing as a part of sacrifices to Gods , and this is an ugliest methods used to satisfy Gods. MAYA, AL-AZTEEK and AL-ANKA civilizations have achieved great progress in the field of astronomy and mathematics, and have developed an accurate annual calendar ,as well as their output in art and architecture. About their social system, it has been divided to layer similar the existing system in Mesopotamia and classes differ in terms of tasks and duties. About industry, it was based on manual skill, but it underwent stages of evolutionary transition, their tools were from stone which turned to metal. The said civilizations makers characterized in technical artistic and skill, as their products varied in emboss and textile and other tools for industry. The inhabitants of these civilizations were interested in roads and transport. In AL-AZTEEK civilization, the system of floating gardens was found. In AL-ANKA, it was more sophisticated and complex and they built bridges. Despite the development of these civilizations, the invasion of the Spaniards destroyed their palaces and temples and vanished part of their civilizations.
