المستخلص: يتغلغل الحجاج -بعده منهجا تحليليا- في معظم النصوص الشعرية، ليثبت موقفا أدبيا جماليا تسوغه دلالا ت معرفية عدة، وقد شرع البحث بقسم نظري تضمن منطلقات حجاجية وتقنيات كشفية تضمنتها نظرية پيرلمان، ثم تلاه الجانب التطبيقي الإجرائي على نص أدبي شعري إنماز بحجاجية شعرية مشحونة بومضات عاطفية، أردفها بأدلة عقلية ونقلية مؤطرة بوزن شعري اختاره الشاعر ليستوعب مخاضات الأحداث وآلامها الممضة بانسيابية مؤثرة . وقد كان لاشتمال القصيدة على هذا الزخم العاطفي ما يسوغ هذه الدراسة حجاجيا، لا سيما حينما يكون على متن شعري من القرن الرابع الهجري، لتأكيد أن الشعر كبنية إبداعية لا يخلو من بنى حجاجية تضمنتها صياغات الشاعر التركيبية. وقد أخضع النص لكشف وتحليل أدبي وفق نظرية پيرلمان وتقنياته الحجاجية في تفاعل إقناعي تأثيري أبان عن مكامن قوة أترعت النص بطاقة حجاجية نافذة. فكان إبداع الشاعر في نصه الإثرائي جامعا للأطر الجمالية الفنية ومشتملا على الإقناع المؤدي إلى تغيير المواقف بما ينسجم مع منظومة العدل في شكل تعبيري يفضي إلى (لذة النص).

Argumentation penetrates - as an analytical method - in most poetic texts, to set for a literary aesthetic situation that is justified by many cognitive connotations. The current research has begun with a theoretical section that includes argumentation and detecting techniques included in Perlman's theory, then followed by the procedural practical part on a poetic literary text characterized by poetic argumentation charged with emotional flashes, supplemented by mental and transitional indications framed with a poetic weight chosen by the poet to accommodate the pangs of events and severe pains in an effective smooth. The inclusion of emotional momentum in this poem, is the reason that excuses this study of argumentation, especially when it is on poetry text from the fourth century AH, to confirm that poetry as a creative construction is not without argumentation structures included in the synthetic formulations of the poet. The text was subjected to literary disclosure and analysis according to Perelman's theory and his argumentation techniques in a persuasive influential reaction that showes strengths that enriched the text with a strong argumentation energy. However, the poet’s creativity in his enriching text combines the aesthetic and artistic frameworks and includes persuasion leading to changing attitudes in line with the justice system in the form of an expressive construction that leads to “the pleasure of the text”.
