المستخلص: تحاول هذه الدراسة التاريخية والقانونية المتواضعة، تسليط الضوء البحثي على الجهود الجبارة المبذولة من قبل المنظمات الدولية والإنسانية، من أجل تقديم العون للضحايا من المدنيين الجزائريين إبان فترة الثورة التحريرية 1954—1962، سعياً للتخفيف من معاناتهم جراء بطش العسكريين الفرنسيين والمستوطنين الأوربيين على حد سواء، وقد يتجلى لنا الدور الإنساني الهام لهذه الهيئات الإنسانية الدولية، في أشكال مختلفة من جهود اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر إبان مرحلة الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية سيما من خلال أدوار محورية منها: فرض الرقابة على التجاوزات لقواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني، القيام بزيارات تفقدية لأوضاع الأسرى والمحتجزين من المدنيين الجزائريين، كل هذه الجهود كانت تسعى لكشف الحقائق والمعطيات المزورة التي ما فتئت السلطة الفرنسية تزود بها أعوان اللجنة الدولية المذكورة، وبالإضافة لكل هذه الجهود فإن للجنة الدولية كذلك، وجه آخر من أوجه الدعم لضحايا الحرب الفرنسية ويظهر في صور المساعدات المادية وأشكال مختلفة من الإغاثة التموينية والطبية...الخ، والتي كانت تخصصها اللجنة الدولية لفائدة للمدنيين الجزائريين أو الموزعين عبر المراكز الحدودية بكل من تونس والمغرب.

At the time that the French colonial authorities wanted that their war against the Algerians must be a total and disgraceful seeking to eliminate the Algerian people by killing and displacement, or repressing within the project of annexation known as the dream of "The French Algeria ", particularly after the success of Algerian revolutionaries in igniting the flame of revolution in the first of November 1954, and the success in removing it from the bottleneck in its first two years, because of the blockade and military siege on the latter in the beginning of its appearance in the area of Auras and neighboring. Several international and humanitarian organizations offered their services to the Algerian victims of the liberation war, and tried to alleviate their suffering from the misery and suffering of the French colonial machine. The considerable humanitarian role played by the International Committee of the Red Cross during the revolution of liberation observing different violations of the rules of international humanitarian law and conducting visits in order to examine the conditions of Algerian prisoners and detainees, regardless the coverage and false facts, which the French colonial authorities provided to the agents of this Committee. In addition to the efforts of the International Committee of the Red Cross, we find too material and medical assistance, which were allocated to the benefit of the Algerian civilians in Algeria, whether those situated through border centers in the two border countries or even in the country.
