المستخلص: تعد المعارضة السياسية أحد الأركان المهمة في تطوير المجتمعات وتعتبر مقياسا للتقدم الحضاري وهي تعد جزء مهم من الممارسات السياسية والنظم الديمقراطية، لا وجود لديمقراطية بدون لمعارضة سياسية فعالة، إن أهمية دور المعارضة في أن تكون معارضة بناءة وليس هدامة لنظام السياسي، ويكون دور المعارضة هو المراقبة أداء الحكومة والمشاركة في الحكم وذلك حسب نوع النظام السياسي سواء كان رئاسي أو برلماني، يعد مظهر المعارضة السياسية من المظاهر التعددية لأنها تمثل دور مراقب على أعمال الحكومة من خلال تحديد الأخطاء ومنع السلطة من الاستبداد بالحكم وأن حرص النظام السياسي في الجزائر على أهمية دور المعارضة وتطويرها لأنها تشكل دعامة أساسية في حماية النظام السياسي الجزائري، ولقد أصبحت المعارضة تعتبر ضرورة ملحة للنظام السياسي وفي ذات الوقت تكون مرتبطة بالنظام السياسي وتعكس نشاط المجتمع وهناك نوعا من السلوك بين المعارضة السياسية والسلطة السياسية.

The political opposition is one of the important pillars in the development of societies and is considered a measure of civilized progress. It is an important part of political practices and democratic systems. There is no democracy without effective political opposition. The importance of the opposition’s role is to be constructive and not destructive to the political system, and the role of the opposition is to monitor Government performance and participation in governance, depending on the type of political system, whether presidential or parliamentary. The appearance of the political opposition is one of the pluralistic manifestations, because it represents an observer role on the government’s work by identifying mistakes and preventing the authority from tyranny by rule. The political system in Algeria is keen on the importance of the role of the opposition and its development Because it constitutes a mainstay in protecting the Algerian political system, the opposition has become an urgent necessity for the political system and at the same time it is linked to the political system and reflects the activity of society. There is a kind of behavior between the political opposition and the political authority.
