المستخلص: وأصبحت مسألة الأمن الفكري من المواضيع الحيوية والهامة، وتقتضي درجة الحساسية التي تكتسبها في حياة الشعوب ومستقبل الأمم ضرورة التعرض لها لكونها مسألة أساسية ومعاصرة وللاتقاص من مواجهتها في ظـل معطيات الأوضاع التي تعيشها الأمم العربية والإسلامية وما أفرزته من توترات أدت إلى بروز ظاهرتي الاغتراب الثقافي للشباب والتطرف العقائدي. وتنتمي هذه الدراسة وفقا لأهدافها إلي نمط الدراسات الوصفية، التي تصف الواقع الاجتماعي لقضية معينة للتعرف على العوامل المؤثرة فيها حتى يتمكن من مواجهة تلك العوامل، فالدراسة الوصفية تعتمد على الوصف الكمي والكيفي لخصائص الظواهر المختلفة، وكذلك تتميز البحوث الوصفية بقدرتها علي الوصف والتحليل لطبيعة القضايا والمشكلات المراد دراستها وهذا ما ينطوي عليه البحث الراهن، لذا فالدراسة الحالية تستهدف تحديد الأنشطة التي تقدمها الجامعات لتوعية الشباب بالأمن الفكري، وكذلك تحديد أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي في تنمية الأمن الفكري لدى الشباب الجامعي. وتم حصر الشباب الجامعي بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية وكلية الآداب وكلية التربية النوعية بجامعة أسيوط في العام الجامعي 2020/2021م، وبلغ عددهم (٢٢٩٠٦) مفردة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العلمي باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للشباب الجامعي بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية وكلية الآداب وكلية التربية النوعية بجامعة أسيوط. وكذلك منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للأخصـائيين الاجتماعيين بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية وكلية الآداب وكلية التربية النوعية بجامعة أسيوط. وقد أشارت الباحث إلي أهمية توعية الشباب بالأمن الفكري واستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب والمهارات والاستراتيجيات التي تساعد الأخصائي الاجتماعي على أداء دوره بفاعلية، وأن أهم هذه الأدوار هي المستشار، المدرب، ملم، مخطط، منسق، ممكن، ومرشد.

The Issue of intellectual security has become a vital and Important Issue, and the degree of sensitivity it acquires in the lives of peoples and the future of nations requires that they be exposed to it as a fundamental and contemporary Issue and to reduce its response In light of the situations of the Arab and Islamic nations and the tensions that have resulted In the emergence of the phenomena of cultural alienation of young people and Ideological extremism. This study belongs according to Its objectives to the pattern of descriptive studies, which describe the social reality of a particular Issue to Identify the factors affecting It so that It can cope with those factors. The descriptive study depends on the quantitative and qualitative description of the characteristics of different phenomena, as well as the descriptive research Is characterized by Its ability to describe and analyze the nature of the Issues and problems to be studied and this Is what the current research entails, The current study therefore alms to Identify activities'provided by universities to educate young people about Intellectual security, as well as to Identify the roles of social workers In the development of Intellectual security among university youth. The university youth were confined to the Faculty of Social Service, the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Quality Education at Asslut University In the academic year 2020/2021, and numbered (22,906) Individually, and the study rolled on the scientific curriculum using the sample social survey curriculum for university youth at the Faculty of Social Service, the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Quality Education at Asslut University. The comprehensive social survey curriculum for social workers Is also carried out by the Faculty of Social Service, the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Quality Education at asslut University. The researcher pointed out the Importance of educating young people about intellectual security and using a range of methods, skills and strategies that help the social worker to play his role effectively, and that the most Important of these roles are the consultant, trainer, teacher, planner, coordinator, possible, and mentor.
