المستخلص: ظلت التواريخ المحلية تمثل المعين الحي للوثائق التي ترفد التواريخ العامة وكان لتلك التواريخ كبير الأثر في توثيق حياة المدن، ومنها المدن التي أسسها العرب المسلمون ويأتي مصنف (تأريخ قم) من الكتب ذات الأهمية الكبرى في تاريخ تلك المدينة التي مثلت أحد أهم المدن المهمة في المناطق الإيرانية وتكمن أهمية ذلك من عدة نواحي منها الديمغرافية التي تميزت بها عن سائر المدائن الإيرانية زياده على تاريخها الحافل بالأحداث ذات البعد السياسي والتاريخي فضلاً عن ملازمتها لتيار ثقافي صار سمه لها منذ العصور الإسلامية الوسطى وحتى عصرنا الحاضر، ويأتي مؤلف كتاب (تأريخ قم) كأحد رجالات قم الفضلاء من الذين أرخو لهذه المدينة وتعود أهميته كتابه في (تأريخ قم) أنه سلط الأضواء على معظم الفعاليات القائمة في المدينة منذ التأسيس ولمدة قرنين ونصف من الزمان موثقاً أخبار رجالها وعلمائها والعمران الذي رافق ذلك موثقاً تأسيس قم سنة 83 ه والهجرات المتعاقبة وانفراد العرب بها سنة 114ه. وانفصالها عن أصفهان سنة 189هـ. مثل كتاب تاريخ قم لمؤلفه الحسن بن محمد الحسن الأشعري من أعلام القرن الرابع الهجري مصنف ساهم في رفد المكتبة التاريخية بوثائق مهمة أسهمت وساهمت في فهم التطور العمراني والتوسع نحو الجهات الأربعة وقراءة معظم التطورات والتحولات التي صاحبت المدينة منذ تأسيسها وكان أحد الكتب المهمة التي أرخت لواحدة من أعظم مدن إيران منذ العصور الإسلامية الوسطى على الرغم من فقدان النسخ الأصل المكتوبة باللغة العربية.

Qum History represents an historical importance specially that book with its writer Alhassan bin Mohammed bin Alhassan Alashary is written for an important age and decades this city lived started from the first periods of Islam in these regions passing through past ages…..He explained in this book the entering of Arabic Moslems to these far regions and indicated the methods of the land taxes that Moslems followed with native people as well as the other people that lived with them .A brief reading of this book led as to understand the situations of this city accompanied with scientific sessions and constructional activities that this book documented in the time of Islamic renaissance which the orient Scholar (Adam Mitz) in one of his books ..This study is limited on the book Qum History Abu Alhassan bin Mohammed bi Alhassan Alashary. The great effort of the author in investigating has contributed in increase the scientific agreements for the book itself as well as its unique in documentation of the three first centuries and two thirds of the fourth century for Hijra. The history of the cities that are known by the local histories still considered a source of knowledge that contribute in providing the general history .Although there are much resources were lost from many cities ! such as (Kufa and Basra )but in mountain province many cities maintain their local histories such as Esfahan and Qum. …Some of these cities that documented their histories by a man descendant from its first founders from Asharies who established the city by their hands and contributed in its scientific and construction renaissance. Qum History is the book that documented the city, its scholars and noblemen …..It documented more than (200) scholars as well as more than that number of his relatives Asharies who emigrated to this city from Kufa and found this city in (83H) and reside in it by themselves alone in (114H) and they separated from Esfahan in (189 H) .and they made a center for Friday Prayer in (195H).
