|a " بعد تدخل المجتمع الدولي في ليبيا عام 2011 لإسقاط النظام السياسي، لم تشهد البلاد منذ ذلك الوقت استقرارا سياسيا طوال عقد من الزمن، نتيجة لجملة من التدخلات الخارجية، والتي أظهرت بدورها العديد من التعقيدات السياسية التي تمحورت في جود أزمة شرعية عبر فترات زمنية متتالية. برزت شواهد هذه التدخلات من خلال انغماس الدول الخارجية في رسم سياسية الحكومات المتعاقبة والتحكم في صياغة قراراتها. والتي كانت سببا رئيسيا في تأخر العملية السياسية. فقد أدى التدخل الخارجي في الشؤون الداخلية، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بدعم أطراف النزاع الليبي بين شرقها وغربها، إلى زيادة حدة الصراع والتي أدت إلى تردي الأوضاع الاقتصادية والمعيشية للمواطن الليبي. تحاول هذه الورقة ربط عدم استقرار النظام السياسي في ليبيا بعد عام 2011، بعدم شرعية النظام السياسي والذي أدى بدوره إلى الصراع على السلطة."

|f "Since the international community intervened in Libya in 2011 to overthrow the political regime, the country has not witnessed since that time political stability for a decade as a result of a series of external interventions, which in turn revealed many political complications that centered on the existence of a legitimacy crisis over successive periods. Evidence of these interventions emerged through the involvement of foreign countries in drawing the policy of successive governments and controlling the formulation of their decisions, which was a significant reason for the delay in the political process. External interference in internal affairs, especially regarding supporting the parties to the Libyan conflict between its east and west, has led to an increase in the intensity of the conflict, leading to the deterioration of the economic and living conditions of the Libyan citizen.
