المستخلص: يعنى هذا البحث بتقديم موضوع الملكة اللغوية ضمن مسار علمي تراكمي، يبدأ من أولى النظريات اللسانية مع دوسوسير إلى النظرية السلوكية، إلى نظرية تشومسكي المتميزة والثرية، حيث وقف عند خصائص الملكة اللغوية عند الإنسان، وصولا إلى النظريات العصبية مع نظرية المنظومية لجيري فودور حيث اعتبر اللغة منظومة قائمة بذاتها، إلى آخر الأبحاث والاكتشافات مع النورون المرآة الذي شكل بحق اكتشافا جعلنا نفهم بشكل علمي كيفية تطور اللغة، وكيفية حدوث التواصل. اعتمد البحث تقسيما ثنائيا في عرض النظريات، بين النظريات التي تتبنى المنظور الفطري للملكة اللغوية، والنظريات التي تتبنى المنظور الاكتسابي، ولكننا لم نمل إلى أي منظور، ذلك أن آخر النظريات العصبية مثل: نظرية مطاطية الدماغ تمزج بين البعدين الفطري والكسبي دون تعسف. خلص بحثنا إلى تأكيد أهمية الأبحاث العصبية في دراسة ظاهرة الملكة اللغوية، بما تتيحه لنا من دراسة معمقة لظواهر مثل: النورون المرآة، وجينات اللغة، و مطاطية الدماغ، وإلى القول بظاهرة تجسدن الملكة اللغوية، و إلى تأكيد أهمية نظرية تشومسكي في إبرازها لخصوصية الملكة اللغوية عند الإنسان ومركزيتها في حياته.

This paper deals with the theme of Linguistic Competence from a cumulative scientific perspective. It takes as a starting point the first linguistic theories of De Saussure. Then, it goes to the Behaviorism and the Chomsky’s substantial, rich theory where the Competence’s characteristics are examined, passing by the neurological theories with Jerry Fodor's Modularity, which considers Language as an autonomous system; and arriving to the latest research related to the mirror neuron which actually provides understanding on how language develops. Theories are presented according to a binary division: innate and acquisition perspective-based theories of Competence. Nonetheless, we did not tend to any perspective because the latest neurological theories, such as the elasticity of the brain, mixes justly between the innate and the acquisition dimensions. Our research confirms the importance of neurological research in studying Competence, as it allows us to study in depth the phenomena of mirror neuron, language genes, brain plasticity, and the embodiment of the linguistic Competence, as well as to confirm the significance of Chomsky's theory in highlighting the peculiarity and the centrality of Competence in man’s life.
