هذا البحث يتعلق بمسألة لغوية أصولية، وهي مسألة الاستثناء من النكرات، وأثره على العموم، وذلك لأن علماء الأصول قد اختلفوا في مسألة الجمع المنكر هل يفيد العموم أم لا؟ ومرجع الخلاف في ذلك هو مسألة الاستثناء من النكرات هل يجوز عند أهل اللغة؟ أم لا؟ ومحل الخلاف هو النكرة المثبتة، وقد اختلف العلماء في ذلك على أربعة أقوال، وسبب الخلاف في المسألة هو الاختلاف في تعريف الاستثناء، هل هو إخراج ما لا بد من دخوله؟ أم ما يمكن دخوله؟ وقد انتظم البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة فيها أهم نتائج البحث، وتوصياته، وقد ترجح من خلال البحث القول الرابع وهو الذي ذهب إليه ابن السراج، وهو جواز الاستثناء من النكرة إذا وصفت أو خصصت، وأن القائلين بمنع الاستثناء من النكرات مطلقا يمكن حمل قولهم على ما إذا لم تكن ثمة فائدة من الاستثناء، وأن بعض من ذهب إلى أن الجمع المنكر يفيد العموم قد استدل بجواز الاستثناء من النكرات؛ لأن الاستثناء معيار العموم.
the research paper is about an important linguistic issue, which is the issue of exception of indefinite articles from the general rules. As the fundamentalists have a difference of opinion on the issue of plural of indefinite article, whether it is beneficial to the general rules or not? The reference point for the disagreement is whether this issue exception of indefinite articles from the general rules is acceptable to linguists or not? And the point of disagreement is the settled indefinite article. The scholars differed on that issue on four points, and the reason of disagreement on the issue is the difference in the definition of exception. Is this expulsion of what must be included or what could be included? The research has been organized in an introduction, then preface, four sections and a conclusion, in which the most important results of the research and its recommendations are included. The fourth view is the one to which Ibn Al- Sarraj has an inclination, and that is permissibility of exception from indefinite articles when it is described or specified. Those who say exception from indefinite articles is absolutely prohibited, it is possible to compel their statement on whether there is no benefit from the exception. Some of those who have argued that the indefinite pluralism benefits the general ruling inferred from the permissibility of exception of the indefinite articles because the exception is the norm of the whole.
