المستخلص: - موضوع البحث: (الأحاديث والآثار الواردة في بيع العينة "دراسة جمعا وتخريجا ودراسة). - يهدف البحث إلى جمع الأحاديث المرفوعة، والآثار الموقوفة والمقطوعة في بيع العينة، والنظر فيها من الناحية الحديثية تخريجا ودراسة، وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في أن بيع العينة من المسائل المهمة التي يتجاذبها الفقهاء بين محرم لها ومبيح والسبب في ذلك هو النظر في الأحاديث والآثار الواردة في بيع العينة، وقد جاء البحث لجمع هذا الأحاديث والآثار ودراستها دراسة حديثية. - أهم نتائج البحث: 1- أن الأصل في تحريم العينة صراحة هو حديث ابن عمر يه: قال: سمعت رسول الله يقول: «إذا تبايعتم بالعينة، وأخذتم أذناب البقر، ورضيتم بالزرع، وتركتم الجهاد، سلط الله عليكم ذلا لا ينزعه حتى ترجعوا إلى دينكم». ٢ -أن مجموع الأحاديث التي جاءت بتحريم العينة مفهوما- حسب ما وقفت عليه- أربعة أحاديث. ٣-عدد الآثار الوارد عن الصحابة في حكم بيع العينة عشرة - حسبما وقفت عليه- فقد جاءت عن: عمر بن الخطاب، أنس، ابن مسعود، ابن عباس، ابن عمر، زيد بن ثابت، جابر بن زيد، عائشة، زيد بن أرقم رضي الله عنه وكلهم ورد عنهم تحريمها عدا زيد بن أرقم، وجابر بن زيد رضى الله عنه، وهذه الآثار أوردها المصنفون في باب العينة. 4 - عدد الآثار الواردة عن التابعين في حكم بيع العينة سبعة عشر أثرا -حسبما وقفت عليه.

- Research Topic: (the Hadiths and narrated sayings contained in the sale of inah sale" collection, documentation and study"). - The research aims to collect the traceable hadith, the suspended and cut off narrated sayings in the inah sale, and to consider them from the Hadith point of view as a documentation and study. The importance of this research lies in the fact that the inah sale is one of the important issues that the jurists are differ about some of them said it is forbidden and others said it is permissible. The reason for this is consider the Hadiths and the narrated sayings in the inah sale. The research came to collect these Hadiths and narrated sayings and study them as a Hadith study. The most important results of the research: 1. The origin of the explicit prohibition of the inah is the hadith of Ibn Omar, may Allah be pleased with him, said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him saying” inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion”. 2. The total of the hadiths that came to prohibit the inah is understood - according to what I found – they are four hadiths. 3. The number of narrated sayings reported by the Companions in the ruling on selling the inah is ten - according to what I found - it came from: Omar Ibn Al Khattab, Anas, Ibn Masoud, Ibn Abbas, Ibn Omar, Zaid Ibn Thabit, Jaber Ibn Zaid, Aisha, Zaid Ibn Arqam, may Allah be pleased with all of them, and all of them were reported from them that its prohibition except for Zaid bin Arqam and Jabir bin Zaid. These narrated sayings were mentioned by the authors in the section of the inah. 4. And the number of narrated sayings reported from the followers in the ruling on selling the inah is seventeen - according to what I found.
