|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات المبحوثين حول مستوى توفر متطلبات إدارة المعرفة ودورها في تطبيق إدارة المعرفة، وقد تكون المجتمع المستهدف جميع المسؤولين، كما اعتمدنا على المنهج السببي (Explanatory study)، وفقا لإطار تصوري تأويلي (Interpretation) من خلال العمل على تحديد العلاقة بين المتغيرات، وتحديد درجة الارتباط في ما بينها، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة في هذا البحث. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى توفر متطلبات إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها المختلفة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة جاء متوسطا، وأن تطبيق إدارة المعرفة كان بمستوى متوسط، كما أن هناك علاقة قوية بين مستوى متطلبات إدارة المعرفة وتطبيق وتبني مختلف عملياتها. خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من المقترحات من أهمها: ضرورة نشر ثقافة تنظيمية داعمة والتوجه نحو تبني هياكل مرنة، إلى جانب المتطلبات التكنولوجية التي تعد كمدخل أساس لتبني إدارة المعرفة.

|b The purpose of this study is to identify the perceptions of the officials of the commercial industrial complex - Al-Zayban Al-kantara Mills about the level of availability of knowledge management exigencies and its role in the application of knowledge management. The target population includes all the officials, and we have relied on the casual approach - Explanatory study-, according to an interpretive framework by working on determining the relationship between the variables, and determining the degree of correlation between them, as well as the questionnaire was used as a main tool in this study. The results of the study displayed that the level of availability of knowledge management exigencies in its various dimensions in the institution under study was average, and that the application of knowledge management was at a medium level, and there is a strong relationship between the level of knowledge management exigencies and the application and adoption of its various processes. The study concluded with a set of proposals, the most important of which are: the necessity to disseminate a supportive organizational culture and move towards adopting flexible structures, on top of that the technological requirements that are considered as a basic entry point for adopting knowledge management.
