|a نسعى من خلال مقالنا هذا إلى التعريف بأحد نماذج المعلمين التي تعمل الدول الغربية على تكوينه انطلاقا من المهام الجديدة الموكلة إليه، نتيجة لتطبيق المقاربات الحديثة في المنظومات التربوية. وللوصول إلى هدفنا هذا حاولنا شرح مصطلحي المهنة والمهني، ومهنية المعلم، لنسلط الضوء على الممارس المفكر كنموذج من النماذج التي تجعل المعلم مهنيا، وإبراز مدى أهمية هذه الممارسة بالنسبة له، وللمؤسسة التي يعمل بها. والإجابة على السؤال: ما هي الآليات والاستراتيجيات التي نعمل بها لكي يكون المعلم ممارسا مفكرا؟

|b Through this article, we seek to introduce one of the models of teachers that Western countries are working to form based on the new tasks entrusted to them as a result of the application of modern approaches in educational systems. In order to reach our goal, we tried to explain the term “profession”, “professional” and “professionalism of the teacher” to shed light on the thoughtful practitioner as a model that makes the teacher professional and to show how important this practice is for him/her and the institution in which he/she works. We also tried to focus on the mechanisms and strategies that we work with in order for the teacher to be a thoughtful practitioner.
