المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى أعداد برنامج تعليمي في تطوير الأدراك الحسي والتوافق الحركي ودقة التصويب بكرة اليد. ومعرفة أثر البرنامج التعليم المقترح في تطوير الإدراك الحسي والتوافق الحركي. وأثر البرنامج التعليم بمؤثرات بصرية في دقة التصويب بكرة اليد لشباب نادى الدغارة. اعتمد الباحثون المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعات المتكافئة لإيفائه بمقتضيات البحث. تكون مجتمع البحث من (٣٠) لاعب ينتمون إلى فريق كرة اليد للشباب بنادي الدغارة في الديوانية بأعمار (١٧-19 سنة، وتم الاتفاق على اختيار (١٦) لاعب منهم ليمثلوا عينة البحث جرى تقسيمهم بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة. وقد أجرى الباحثون عمليتي التجانس والتكافؤ بين أفراد العينة في ضوء متغيرات العمر والطول والكتلة وبعض الاختبارات قيد البحث بغية ضبط المتغيرات البحثية، أعقبتهما إجراءات الاختبارات القبلية للمجموعتين ثم الشروع بتطبيق التجربة الرئيسة التي استغرقت (٨) أسابيع بواقع (٣) وحدات تعليمية أسبوعيا. وبعد الفراغ من تطبيق البرنامج التعليمي أخضعت المجموعتان للاختبارات البعدية التي أفصحت نتائجها بعد تمحيصها ومعالجتها إحصائيا ومقارنتها بالاختبارات القبلية وبين المجموعتين عن جملة من الاستنتاجات تتلخص في حيازة المجموعة الضابطة لشباب نادي الدغارة بكرة اليد على تطور نسبي في الإدراك الحسي والتوافق الحركي ودقة التصويب بفضل الجهد المبذول من قبل المدرب وأن البرنامج التعليمي المقترح قد أثر بشكل ملحوظ في تطوير الإدراك الحسي والتوافق الحركي ودقة التصويب للمجموعة التجريبية لشباب نادي الدغارة بكرة اليد والأثر الجلي لإمتزاج الوسائل التعليمية بالتدريب الاعتيادي في تطوير الإدراك الحسي والتوافق الحركي ودقة التصويب بكرة اليد لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية. وانتهى الباحثون إلى توصيات أجملوها بضرورة تلاقح الخبرات التعليمية التي توفرها المؤسسات الأكاديمية مع الخبرات التدريبية للمشرفين على النوادي الرياضية وتكثيف الجهود التعليمية والتدريبية في التمرينات المتصدية للإدراك الحسي والتوافق الحركي بكرة اليد بغية إتقان مهاراتها والاستزادة من الدراسات والبحوث الأكاديمية والتطبيقية للمهارات الخاصة بكرة اليد في النوادي المختلفة ولشتى الأعمار.

The aim of the research is to prepare an educational program in the development of sensory perception, motor compatibility and the accuracy of correction with hand reel, and to know the impact of the proposed educational program on the development of sensory perception and movement compatibility, and the effect of the educational program with visual effects on the accuracy of aiming with the hand reel for the youth of the Daghara club. The researchers adopted the experimental method by designing equal groups to fulfill the requirements of the research. The research community consisted of (30) players belonging to the youth handball team of the Daghara Club in Diwaniyah, aged (17-19) years, and it was agreed to choose (16) players from among them to represent the research sample. They were divided equally into two groups, one experimental and the other control. The researchers conducted two processes of homogeneity and parity among the sample members in light of the variables of age, height, mass and some of the tests under investigation in order to control the research variables, followed by the procedures of pre-tests for the two groups and then began to implement the main experiment that took (8) weeks at (3) educational units per week. After completing the implementation of the educational program, the two groups were subjected to post-tests, which revealed their results after examining and statistically treating them and comparing them with the tribal tests and between the two groups on a set of conclusions summarized in the possession of the control group of the youth of the Daghara Club with handball on a relative development in perception, kinesthetic and accuracy of correction thanks to the exerted effort. Pre-trainer, and that the proposed educational program had a noticeable effect on the development of perception, kinetic compatibility and the accuracy of correction of the experimental group of youth of the Daghara club with handball, and the clear effect of mixing educational aids with regular training in developing perceptual perception, kinesthetic compatibility and accuracy of shooting with handball among the members of the experimental group. The researchers concluded with the recommendations they outlined for the necessity of cross-fertilization of the educational experiences provided by academic institutions with the training experiences of the supervisors of sports clubs and the intensification of educational and training efforts in exercises that address sensory perception and kinesthetic compatibility with hand reel in order to perfect its skills and to increase academic and applied studies and research of handball skills in various clubs and various Ages.
