المستخلص: The research on the issue of the crisis of contemporary religious discourse is wide, and its issues are multiple, interrelated and complex, it is difficult to know it at once in this paper because this kind of approximation and reading is basically a serious intellectual adventure. The history of Arab and Islamic thought in its various successive periods has defined different patterns of interpretive practice, So that everyone has claimed the right to the various interpretive practices in contemporary Arab space, Therefore, the discussion will focus on the problem of interpretation, considering the interpretation, formed the general structure of Arab culture, its components, knowledge systems, models, and paths ..., It has dominated the length of the map of the ancient Arab mind, the modern, and its intellectual, philosophical, literary, and sectarian productions produced by the Arab world. And contemplates contemporary Arab thought starting with "contemporary Arab ideology" by Abdullah al-Arawi, "Criticism of the Islamic Mind" by Mohammed Arkoun and "Heritage and Innovation" by Hassan Hanafi through "Criticism of the Arab Mind" by Mohamed Abed Al-Jabri, "Criticism of the Western Mind" by Mutaa Al Safadi, and "jurisprudence of Philosophy" by Taha Abderrahmane, and other projects that tried to draw the parameters of the theory of interpretation, no doubt all this prompts our curiosity to consider reading this contemporary Arab thought of the concept of interpretation, and study the interpretations of contemporary religious discourse between the chaotic interpretation and holiness of download.

إن البحث في موضوع أزمة الخطاب الديني المعاصر مجاله واسع، وقضاياه متعددة ومتداخلة ومتشابكة ومعقدة، يصعب الإلمام بها دفعة واحدة في هذه الورقة ذلك لأن هذا النوع من التقريب والقراءة هي بالأساس مغامرة فكرية عويصة، هذا وقد عرف تاريخ الفكر العربي والإسلامي في حقبه المتعاقبة المختلفة أنماطا متباينة من الممارسة التأويلية، حتى أصبح الجميع يدعي الحق في الممارسات التأويلية المتنوعة في الفضاء العربي المعاصر، لذلك سينصب الحديث على مشكلة التأويل، باعتبار التأويلية، شكلت الهيكل العام للثقافة العربية، ومكوناتها، ونظمها المعرفية، ونماذجها، ومساراتها...، والحال أنها قد هيمنت على طول خريطة العقل العربي القديم، والحديث، وما أفرزته الإنتاجات الفكرية، والفلسفية، والأدبية، والمذهبية خير دليل على ذلك، والمتأمل في الفكر العربي المعاصر بدءا ب "الإيديولوجية العربية المعاصرة" لعبد الله العروي و"نقد العقل الإسلامي" لمحمد أركون، و"التراث والتجديد" لحسن حنفي مرورا ب"نقد العقل العربي" لمحمد عابد الجابري، و"نقد العقل الغربي" لمطاع صفدي، وانتهاء ب "فقه الفلسفة" لعله عبد الرحمان، وغيرها من المشاريع التي حاولت رسم معالم نظرية التأويل، لا شك كل ذلك يدفع فضولنا إلى النظر في قراءة هذا الفكر العربي المعاصر لمفهوم التأويل، ودراسة تأويلات المعاصرين للخطاب الديني بين فوضوية التأويل وقداسة التنزيل.
