تمحورت الدراسة على أهمية مهارة الضرب الساحق في لعبة الكرة الطائرة لما لها من دور في حسم نتائج المباريات وتناولت أهمية استخدام الوسائل المساعدة وما لها من تأثير فعال في التدريب والإفادة منها في تطوير المهارة كما هدفت إلى إعداد منهج تدريبي خاص بأسس علمية رصينة بالإضافة إلى إيجاد أجهزة ووسائل تدريبية وتعليمية مصممه خصيصا لغرض ضبط المسارات الحركية المطلوبة في مهارة الضرب الساحق مما يجعل عملية التطور أو التعلم الحركي أكثر فاعلية وإيجابية؛ لأن استعمالها في العملية التدريبية له فوائد ووظائف عديدة، من أهمها بناء التصور الحركي لدى اللاعب الناشئ وتطويره, وتحديد المسارات الحركية الصحيحة وغير ذلك من الفوائد المهمة التي تعمل على تحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من الكفاية التدريبية والتعليمية فضلا عن توفير الجهد والوقت المبذولين في الوحدة التدريبية وأخيرا التعرف على تأثير المنهج التدريبي وفق الوسيلة والجهاز في تطوير مهارة الضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة وقد قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج التجريبي وحدد مجتمع البحث وهم ناشئي مركز موهبة الديوانية بالكرة الطائرة واختار عمديا اللاعبين الذين يؤدون الضرب الساحق وعددهم (20) أما أهم الاستنتاجات فهي إن المنهج الموضوع أدى إلى تطور مستوى مهارة الضرب الساحق بالكرة الطائرة لكونه تضمن استخدام جهاز مصمم في التدريب كما أن المنهج الموضوع ساعد اللاعبين الذين تكون استجاباتهم بطيئة في أوجه القصور في نسب تطورهم افضل من الذين لم يستخدموه كذلك ساعد الجهاز المصمم اللاعب على زيادة الدقة من خلال التحكم في توجيه مسار الكرة كما ويوصي الباحث بضرورة استخدام الوسائل المساعدة في المناهج التدريبية من المدربين لتطوير الأداء المهاري بالكرة الطائرة.
This study focuses on the importance of the overwhelming beating skill in volleyball because of its role in resolving the results of matches. It also deals with the importance of using special supportive devices and their effective impact on training as well as their use in developing this skill. Besides, it aims at preparing an educational training curriculum based on solid scientific foundations, in addition to finding educational and training devices and means specially designed for the purpose of controlling the kinetic tracks required in the skill of overwhelming hitting which makes the process of development or motor learning more effective and positive. This is due to the fact that the use of these devices in the training process has many benefits and functions, the most important of which is building the kinetic visualization of the emerging player and developing it, identifying the correct kinematic paths and other important benefits that work to achieve the greatest possible degree of training and educational adequacy. Furthermore, there is also the benefit of providing the effort and time spent in the educational unit, and finally identifying the impact of the training curriculum according to the method and device in developing the skill of overwhelming hitting with volleyball. The researchers have used the experimental approach, identifying the research community as the beginners of the Diwaniyah Talent Center in volleyball and deliberately choosing the players who performed the overwhelming hitting and their number (20). The most important conclusions include the idea that the curriculum leads to the development of the level of skill of the overwhelming hitting in volleyball because it includes the use of a device designed in training. This curriculum helps players whose responses are slow in the rates of their development better than those who have not used it. The designed device has helped the player in increasing accuracy through controlling the direction of the ball’s path. The need to use aids in the training curricula of coaches to develop skillful performance in volleyball is highly recommended.
