|a هدفت دراستنا لمعرفة إلى أي مدى ساهمت وسائل الدفع الالكترونية في تحسين أداء النظام البنكي الجزائري في ظل مجابهة أزمة كوفيد 19، من خلال تحليل وتشخيص لواقع استخدام وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية إبراز أهم التحديات التي تواجهها البنوك الجزائرية في ظل الظروف الحالية لمجابهة جائحة كورونا، إذ اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لعرض المفاهيم المتعلقة بوسائل الدفع الإلكترونية، المنهج التحليلي من خلال البيانات الأولية المتمثلة في الإحصائيات والأرقام وقراءة البيانات، توصلت دراستنا إلى أن المعاملات الإلكترونية المصرفية "وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية" خلال جائحة كورونا (Covid 19) وفرت عدد من المزايا للعملاء، وفرص جديدة للبنوك من خلال تحقيق ميزة تنافسية وربحية، وتوزيع واسع الانتشار في ظل أزمة صحية عالمية، وذلك باستحداث بطاقات دفع جديدة ملائمة لطبيعة ومتطلبات العمل المصرفي الإلكتروني، ولكن رغم الجهود المبذولة إلا أن البنوك الجزائرية لا تزال تواجه العديد من المعوقات التي شكلت حجرة عثر دون تحقيق القفزة المأمولة، وبالتالي لا بد الاستفادة من تجربة بعض الدول الأوروبية في مجال تطبيق نظام الدفع الالكتروني بالتجزئة والمبالغ الكبيرة مع الأخذ بخصوصية النظام المصرفي الجزائر من أجل تحسين أداء البنوك.

|b Our study aimed to find out to what extent electronic payment methods contributed to improving the performance of the Algerian banking system in light of the COVID-19 crisis, By analysing and diagnosing the reality of the use of electronic payment methods, and highlighting the most important challenges faced by Algerian banks in light of the current conditions to confront the Corona pandemic, As we relied on the descriptive approach to present the concepts related to electronic means of payment, and the analytical approach through the primary data represented in statistics and numbers and reading the data, And our study found that electronic banking transactions "electronic payment methods" during the Corona pandemic (covid19) provided a number of advantages to customers, And new opportunities for banks by achieving competitive advantage, profitability, and widespread distribution in light of a global health crisis, This is done by introducing new payment cards that are appropriate to the nature and requirements of electronic banking, but despite the efforts made, Algerian banks still face many obstacles that have formed a stumbling block without achieving the hoped-for leap, and therefore it is necessary to benefit from the experience of some European countries in the field of Implementation of the electronic retail payment system and large amounts, taking into account the specificity of the Algerian banking system in order to improve the performance of banks.
