|a هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر ضمان الجودة بأبعاده (جودة المدخلات، وجودة العمليات، وتدقيق الجودة) في أداء الجامعات بأبعادها (جودة المخرجات الطلابية، والإبداع والابتكار، والبحث العلمي، وخدمة المجتمع) ودعم الإدارة العليا في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في إقليم الشمال كمتغير معدل، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في إقليم الشمال والبالغ عددها (4) جامعات. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من العمداء ورؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية العاملين في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة حيث بلغ عددهم (140) عضوا. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. ووزعت الاستبانة بطريقة المسح الشامل على أفراد عينة الدراسة. حيث تم استرداد (132) استبانة، وكانت (128) منها صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي. واعتمادا على نتائج التحليل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان من أهمها أن هناك تطبيق بمستوى مرتفع لضمان الجودة وكذلك مستوى مرتفع من دعم الإدارة العليا لبرامج ضمان الجودة في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في إقليم الشمال. وأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لضمان الجودة في أداء الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة، وتوصلت الدراسة كذلك إلى وجود أثر لدعم الإدارة العليا في تحسين أثر ضمان الجودة في أداء الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة. وفي ظل هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، ومن أهمها المحافظة على تطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة مع تقديم كافة أنواع الدعم لضمان استدامة جودة الخدمات.

|b The study aimed to measure the impact of Quality Assurance (QA) in terms of (inputs quality, operations quality, and quality audit) in the performance of Jordanian Private Universities in terms of (quality of student’s outputs, creativity and innovation, scientific research, and community service) and Top Management support as a moderator. The study population consisted of the (4) private Jordanian universities in the northern region. The study sample consisted of deans and heads of academic departments working in these universities, as their number reached (140) members. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach and the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed depending on the comprehensive survey method to the members of the study sample. Where (132) questionnaires were recovered, and (128) of them were valid for statistical analysis. Based on the results of statistical analysis, the study found out that there is a high level of quality assurance implementation, as well as a high level of Top Management support to (QA) programs in the private Jordanian universities operating in the northern region. And that there is a statistically significant impact of (QA) in the universities performance, and the study also found that Top Management support improved the impact of (QA) in the performance of private Jordanian universities. In light of these results, the study recommended maintaining the implementation of the quality assurance system while providing all kinds of top management support to guarantee the sustainability of the services quality.
