|a ظهرت البرمجة اللغوية العصبية في السبعينات من القرن الماضي على يد العالمين الأمريكيين الدكتور جون غرندر و ريتشارد باندرا تعتمد على مقاربة بين برمجة الكمبيوتر وبرمجة الإنسان، في مجال العلاجات النفسية كتقنية ترمي لتطوير قدرات الفرد، وإيجاد وسيلة لتغييرها والوصول بالفرد إلى أن يؤثر ويقنع. لكن الإشكال هو لما يتم الإيحاء السلبي لطريقة التفكير عن طريقة صيغة الاتصال البشري بشبكة الإنترنت ضمن العالم الافتراضي وفق مؤشرات الهندسة النفسية كأداة رئيسية لتنفيذ الجريمة. ويكون هذا الانتهاك الغير الأخلاقي لغايات محددة، وما يطلق عليها أيضاً مسمى جرائم الإنترنت الشخصية، والتي تقتضي الحصول بطريقة غير شرعية على هوية الأفراد وتسلب إرادتهم.
