المستخلص: جاء هذا البحث ليعالج قضية شائكة وهي مشكلة رسم الهمزة في اصطلاح علماء الرسم العثماني بذكر أهم القواعد المعتبرة في ذلك وآثار هذا الرسم في القراءات المتواترة تحقيقا وتخفيفا قياسا ورواية.. كما جاء هذا البحث ليؤكد على تميز الهمزة بالتعدد أو قابلية التنوع ما جعلها مشكلة في كيفية كتابتها وطرق أدائها.. غير أن هذا التعدد أكسبها حيوية في بناء كل من الكلمة والصيغة على السواء وقد راعت بعض اختيارات القراء هذا واعتبرته في تخفيف الهمزة فيما سمى بالتخفيف السماعي أو الرسمي وهذا التخفيف لا يقل أهمية عن التخفيف القياسي أو التصريفي الذي يخضع لقواعد قياسية دون مراعاة لكيفية رسم الهمزة. كما جاء هذا البحث ليوضح ويجمع مظاهر الرسم العثماني وآثاره في التتمات التخفيفية للهمزة وتأصيل هذا التخفيف ووضع حدود ضابطة له- ما أمكن- تمكن من نبذ بعض قياساته المتركة مع التطبيق بأمثلة من القراءات المتواترة ومتونها والتعليق والتعقيب والاقتراح. وأخيرا فهذا البحث يمثل منحى طموحا إلى التجديد في تناول الأصول القرائية رغبة في الوصول إلى تأصيل قرائي متقن يهدف إلى هداية الناس إلى القراءات المتواترة.

came to address a thorny issue, which is the problem of drawing the hamza in the terminology of the Ottoman drawing scholars by mentioning the most important rules considered in this, and the effects of this drawing on frequent readings to achieve and mitigate, by analogy and narration.. - This research also came to confirm the distinctiveness of the hamza with plurality or the ability to diversify, which made it a problem in how to write it, and ways to perform it.. However, this plurality gave it vitality in building both the word and the form alike, and some of the readers’ choices took into account this and considered it to reduce the hamza, in what is called the audio or formal mitigation, and this mitigation is no less important than the standard or inflectional mitigation, which is subject to standard rules without regard to how the hamza is drawn. - This research also came to clarify and collect the manifestations of the Ottoman drawing and its effects in the mitigating complements of the hamza, and the rooting of this mitigation, and setting controlling limits for it - as much as possible - that was able to discard some of its left measurements, with the application of examples of frequent readings and its content, comment, comment and suggestion. - Finally, this research represents an ambitious trend of renewal in dealing with the principles of reading, a desire to reach an elaborate reading rooting that aims to guide people to frequent readings.
