|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية لمعرفة مستوى التشاؤم ومستوى الخوف من فيروس كورونا (Covid 19) لدى عمال قطاع التضامن الاجتماعي بورقلة، والكشف عن مدى إسهام متغير التشاؤم في التنبؤ بالخوف من كورونا (Covid 19) لديهم، ومعرفة مستوى تأثير المتغيرات الشخصية (السن، الجنس، المستوى التعليمي)، وكذا التفاعل بينهما لدى عينة مكونة من (98) عامل (33 ذكر؛ 65 أنثى) بقطاع التضامن الاجتماعي بورقلة، اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على مقياس الخوف من جائحة كورونا (Covid 19) لـ عبد الناصر السيد عامر (2020)، ومقياس التشاؤم لـ أحمد عبد الخالق. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن عمال قطاع التضامن الاجتماعي بورقلة يعانون من مستوى متوسط من الخوف (Covid 19)، وكانوا أقل تشاؤما، بالإضافة إلى أنه لا يمكن التنبؤ بالخوف من كورونا (Covid 19) من خلال التشاؤم، وكذا عدم وجود تفاعل للمتغيرات الشخصية على التشاؤم والخوف من كورونا (Covid 19).

|b This study aimed at knowing the level of fear and pessimism of corona virus (Covid 19) among the social sector the employees in Ouargla and to reveal the extent of the contribution of pessimism variable to predicting fear of Covid 19, and knowing the level of the impact of personal changes (age, gender, education level.) and as well as the interaction between them in a sample consisting of (98) employees (33 male, 65 female) in the social solidarity. It was chosen in a simple and random way and to achieve the goals of study then relying in the scale of fear of the corona (Covid 19) Abdenaceur Sayed Amor (2020), and the scale pessimism by Ahmed Abdlkhalak. The study found that the employees of social solidarity sector in Ouargla suffer from a moderate level of fear of Covid 19 and were less pessimistic. In addition the fear was unpredictable through pessimism as well as the absence of interaction of personal variable on pessimism and fear of Covid 19.
