المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى جمع وحصر المواضع التي يختلف فيها الوقف والابتداء باختلاف مرجع الضمير في القرآن الكريم، ثم دراسة هذه المواضع دراسة تفصيلية وعرضها حسب الترتيب المصحفي لسور القرآن الكريم، مع تمهيد مختصر للتعريف بالضمور والوقف والابتداء وأنواعهما. وقد اتبعت في هذا البحث كلا من المنهج الاستقرائي المقترن بالمنهج الوصفي ثم التحليلي، حيث إن طبيعة البحث تقتضي استقراء المواضع التي يختلف فيها الوقف والابتداء باختلاف مرجع الضمير، ثم وصفها وتحليلها للوصول إلى تحديد نوع الوقف الراجح. وقد أظهر البحث أن اختلاف مرجع الضمير له أثر كبير في تنوع الوقف والابتداء، وأن الكلام عن مرجع الضمير وأثره في اختلاف الوقف والابتداء متفرق في كتب الوقف والابتداء، والتفسير، والإعراب وغيرها، وكشف البحث أن قواعد عود الضمير لها أثر في ترجيح بعض الوقوف على بعض، وأن علامات الوقف الموجودة في معظم المصاحف تتوافق مع هذه القواعد غالبا.

This research aims to collect and inventory places where stopping and starting varies depending on the conscience of a reference in the Koran, then these places study a detailed study and presented according to the scriptural arrangement of the Holy Qur’an, with a brief prelude to the definition of conscientious and stopping and starting and their types. In this research, I followed the inductive approach associated with the descriptive and then analytical approach, as the nature of the research requires extrapolation of places where stopping and starting varies with reference to the conscience, then described and analyzed to determine the type of access to the stay more correct. Research has shown that the difference in a reference conscience has a significant impact on the diversity of stopping and starting, and talk about the conscience of reference and its impact on different stopping and starting sporadically in the books of stopping and starting, interpretation, and expression, etc., and research revealed that the rules of promises of conscience have an impact on the likelihood of some stand on some And the stop signs found in most of the Qur’an often comply with these rules.
