المستخلص: The research chose a topic for it “Repetition in the Diwan of Cairo Nights by Ibrahim Naji, a study in the light of the textual method.” This title is intended to study the direct or indirect repetition of words in the Diwan of “Cairo Nights”, by describing repetition as a means of lexical consistency that was concerned with textual linguistics. In the statement of text consistency. There is no doubt that the repetition of Naji comes- as is the case in contemporary Arab poetry- for several motives; The psychology brings together the poet and the recipient alike. The poet wants by repetition to insist in the phrase on an emotional meaning, which stands out among the elements of the poetic situation more than others, and the recipient leads repetition to attract his attention, so he becomes an alert response, enriching his experience with the richness of the poetic experience interacting with it. The artistic motives are represented in the effect of repetition in the meaning and strengthening it by deepening the connotation. In addition, it supports the rhythmic movement in the poetic text by achieving the tone and the music engineering of its style that qualifies the phrase and enriches the meaning, and all of this combines to achieve the desired lexical consistency. After our study of the repetition of Ibrahim Naji, we found the following: Repetition as a means of lexical consistency contributes to the consistency and beauty of the text. The patterns of repetition in the Diwan of Cairo Nights vary, and these patterns lead to its stylistically aesthetic, especially the repetition of parallelism in its forms (perfect, incomplete).

فقد تخير البحث موضوعا له "التكرار في ديوان ليالي القاهرة لإبراهيم ناجي دراسة في ضوء المنهج النصي"، ويراد بهذا العنوان دراسة الإعادة المباشرة أو غير المباشرة للكلمات في ديوان "ليالي القاهرة"، وذلك بوصف التكرار وسيلة من وسائل الاتساق المعجمي التي اهتم بها علم اللغة النصي في بيان اتساق النص. ولا شك أن التكرار عند ناجي يأتي -كما هو الحال في الشعر العربي المعاصر- لدوافع عدة؛ نفسية تجمع الشاعر والمتلقي على السواء، فالشاعر يريد بالتكرار الإلحاح في العبارة على معنى شعوري، يبرز من بين عناصر الموقف الشعري أكثر من غيره، والمتلقي يؤدي التكرار إلى جذب الانتباه لديه، فيصبح ذا تجاوب يقظ، فتثري تجربته بثراء التجربة الشعرية المتفاعل معها. وتتمثل الدوافع الفنية في تأثير التكرار في المعنى وتقويته بتعميق الدلالة، أضف إلى ذلك فإنه يدعم الحركة الإيقاعية في النص الشعري من خلال تحقيق النغمة وهندسة الموسيقى لأسلوبه التي تؤهل العبارة وتغني المعنى، ويتضافر كل هذا ليحقق الاتساق المعجمي المنشود. بعد دراستنا للتكرار عند إبراهيم ناجي تبين لنا ما يلي: - يسهم التكرار باعتباره وسيلة من وسائل الاتساق المعجمي في اتساق النص وجماله. - تتنوع أنماط التكرار في ديوان ليالي القاهرة وهذه الأنماط تؤدي إلى جماليته من الناحية الأسلوبية وخاصة تكرار التوازي بأشكاله (تام، غير تام).
