المستخلص: مما لا شك فيه أن القرآن الكريم وكذلك السنة الشريف يدعونا كي نأخذ العبرة من قصص السابقين فنحتاط، ولا نقع فيما وقعوا فيه من أمور نغصت عليهم معيشتهم، ومن أهم هذه الأمور قضية الظهار والتي أصبحت من القضايا الشائكة في زماننا، وأصبح هذا الحلف على ألسنة كثير منا لا يفارقها طرف عين، وانطلاقا من إيماني العميق بضرورة أن تقتحم البلاغة حياة الناس، فتعيش معهم مشكلاتهم وأفراحهم توجهت بفضل الله تعالى إلى أول قصة ظهار وقعت في الإسلام، ووجهت نفسي إلى حقل البيان النبوي الشريف لأنعم بزاده، وأعايش هذه القصة في حقل السنة العطرة من وجهة بلاغية متسائلا وكاشفا كيف قامت البلاغة العربية بإبراز الغاية من ذكر القصة في القرآن الكريم والسنة الشريفة وهي الاعتبار مما ذكر، لا سيما وأن هذه القصة جاءت في كتب الحديث غنية بالفنون البلاغية التي أكسبتها صياغة خاصة ومعاني خاصة تضمن بقاءها على هذا النحو من الخصوصية والفخامة، وقد قسمت البحث ثلاثة مطالب، جاء المطلب الأول بعنوان: لا تخلص إلي وقد قلت ما قلت، والمطلب الثاني فجاء بعنوان: شكوى ومجادلة، وأما المطلب الثالث فجاء بعنوان: يا خويلة، قد أنزل الله فيك وفي صاحبك، ثم تأتي الخاتمة، ثم ذيلت البحث بثبت المراجع، والله أسأل أن ينفع بهذا البحث البلاد والعباد إنه ولي ذلك والقادر عليه

There is no doubt that the Noble Qur’an as well as the Noble Sunnah invites us to take a lesson from the stories of the forerunners, so that we be careful, and not fall into the matters that they have fallen into in terms of their livelihood. From us the blink of an eye does not depart from it, and based on my deep belief in the necessity that rhetoric invade people’s lives and live with them their problems and joys, I turned, by the grace of God Almighty, to the first story of zihar that occurred in Islam, and I directed myself to the field of the Noble Prophet’s statement to be blessed with his provisions, and I live this story in the field of the fragrant Sunnah. From a rhetorical point of view, asking and revealing, how did the Arabic rhetoric highlight the purpose of mentioning the story in the Noble Qur’an and the honorable Sunnah, which is the consideration of what was mentioned, especially since this story came in the books of hadith rich in rhetorical arts that gave it a special formulation and special meanings that ensure its survival in this way of privacy and luxury The research was divided into three demands, the first demand came under the title: Do not conclude to me when you have said what you said, and the second demand was titled: Complaining and arguing, and as for the third requirement, it was titled: O Khuwaila, may I God is in you and in your companion, then the conclusion comes, then the research is appended with the references, and I ask God that this research benefit the country and the servants, for he is the guardian of that and the one who is able to do it
