المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث جانبا علميا دقيقا، هو: بيان الوجه الذي من أجله استثني لقارئ، أو لراو كلمة بعينها، أو أصل مطرد من قاعدة أصولية، فلم يطرد الحكم القرائي فيها كغيرها، مما اندرج تحت تلك القاعدة، فقمت بجمع ما ورد من ذلك؛ ليكون القارئ على علم بأماكن ورودها، وبعلل استثنائها، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار أن توجيه مستثنيات القواعد الأصولية علم تكميلي؛ إذ إن الأصل: اتباع الأثر. وقد تكونت خطة هذا البحث من: (مقدمة)، و(تمهيد)، و(مبحثين)، و(خاتمة)، و(كشافات فنية). فأما (المقدمة): فتناولت فيها أهمية البحث، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، ومشكلته، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث فيه، وخطته. وأما (التمهيد): ففيه أهم التعريفات. وأما (المبحث الأول)، ففيه: توجيه مستثنيات باب: (الإدغام الكبير)، وأما (المبحث الثاني)، ففيه: توجيه مستثنيات باب: (المد والقصر). وأما (الخاتمة): ففيها أهم النتائج، والتوصيات، وقد اتبعت المنهج الوصفي بأداتيه: الاستقراء، والتحليل، مع اللجوء في بعض الأحيان إلى الإحصاء، والتقصي؛ رغبة في الحصول على نتائج دقيقة بقدر الطاقة. ومن (النتائج): وجود بعض المواضع التي أشكل وجهها على بعض علماء القراءات. وأيضا عناية جمهور شراح متن الشاطبية القدامى بتوجيه مستثنيات القواعد الأصولية، واعتراضهم على بعض توجيهات الشراح السابقين. ومن (التوصيات): عمل دراسة موسعة تجمع كل توجيهات مستثنيات القواعد الأصولية للقراء العشرة. وإجراء مقارنة علمية بين ما تم استثناؤه من طريق: (الشاطبية)، ولم يستثن من طريق: (الطيبة).

This research deals with a precise scientific aspect, which is: a statement of the aspect for which a reader, or the narrator of a particular word, or a steady origin of a fundamental rule was excluded. So that the reader is aware of the places of their occurrence, and the reasons for their exclusion, bearing in mind that directing exceptions to fundamentalist rules is a complementary science; As the origin: to follow the impact. The plan of this research consisted of: (Introduction), (Preface), (Two chapters), (Conclusion), and (Technical Scouts). As for the (Introduction), it dealt with the importance of the research, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, its problem, previous studies, the research method, and its plan. As for (the preamble): it contains the most important definitions. As for (the first topic), it contains: directing exceptions to the chapter: (the great immersion), and as for the (second topic), it contains: directing the exceptions to the chapter: (tide and shortening). As for the (conclusion): it contains the most important results and recommendations, and I followed the descriptive approach with its two tools: induction and analysis, with sometimes resorting to statistics and investigation; Desire for accurate results as much as energy. Among the (results): the presence of some places whose face has been confused by some scholars of readings. And also the attention of the audience of the old commentators of Matn al-Shatibya to directing exceptions to the fundamentalist rules, and their objection to some of the directives of the previous commentators. Among the (recommendations): To make an extensive study that collects all the directives of the exceptions to the fundamentalist rules of the ten readers. And a scientific comparison was made between what was excluded from the road: (Al-Shatibiya), and it was not excluded from the road: (Al-Taybeh).
