المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف من أبرزها الوقوف على ما جاء في السنة المطهرة حول حقوق الحاكم وطاعته وأهمية التعاون معه لنهضة الأمة ولتجنيبها الفتن والاضطرابات، وقد كانت مشكلة البحث تتمثل في أن دور الحاكم وولي الأمر في الأمة عظيم الأثر والنفع، ومنصبه يتعرض باستمرار للاستهداف من الجاهلين أو الكائدين للأمة، وإذا لم نحسن استثمار طاقة الحاكم بمعاونته بمختلف أنواع التعاون من صبر عليه، ودعاء له، ونصح كامل الشروط مع الأدب التام، والتعظيم له كما ينبغي فإن الخلل الفردي والمجتمعي في الأمة سيكون عظيما، فجاء هذا البحث ليضع اليد على أهم المعالم البارزة في السنة في التعامل مع الحاكم دون الدخول في التفاصيل الدقيقة والمتشعبة، ويعطي نماذج لهدي سيدنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في هذا الأمر. وأرجو أن يحقق البحث هذه النتائج وأن يكون قد أبرز بجلاء عناية السنة النبوية البالغة بهذا الأمر.

This research aims to achieve several goals, the most important of which is to stand on what was stated in the purified Sunnah about the rights and obedience of the ruler and the importance of cooperating with him for the renaissance of the nation and to prevent it from sedition and unrest. The problem of the research was that the role of the ruler and the guardian in the nation is of great impact and benefit, and his position is constantly being targeted by the ignorant or predators of the nation. If we do not improve and investigate the ruler's energy through providing him with various manners of operations, patience, prayer for him, full terms of advice and glorifying him as it should be, the individual and societal imbalance in the nation will be unlimited. So this research came to lay hands on the most important milestones in the Sunnah in dealing with the ruler without entering into the subtle and complex details. Besides, it gives examples of the guidance of our master, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace concerning this matter. I hope that the research has achieved these results and that it has clearly demonstrated the great care of the Prophetic Sunnah in this matter.
