المستخلص: يدور هذا البحث حول: "الخاص واحتماله لأنواع البيان عند الحنفية -دراسة أصولية تطبيقية"، ولا يخفي ما لهذا الموضوع -بما فيه من تطبيق على المسائل الفقهية -من تأثير في تمكين القارئ من معرفة الأصل الذي سار عليه الفقهاء حينما أصدروا حكمهم على اللفظ الخاص القطعي في دلالته باحتماله لبعض أنواع البيان دون بعض، ومن هنا كان البحث مشتملا بعد المقدمة على سبعة مباحث وخاتمة: المبحث الأول: ذكر ماهية الخاص، وبيان أنواعه، ودلالته، وحكمه المبحث الثاني: تعريف البيان، ومعرفة ما يرد به، وبيان أقسامه عند الحنفية. المبحث الثالث: بيان التقرير، واحتمال الخاص له، والأثر الفقهي المترتب عليه. المبحث الربع: بيان التفسير، واحتمال الخاص له، والأثر الفقهي المترتب عليه. المبحث الخامس: بيان التغيير، واحتمال الخاص له، والأثر الفقهي المترتب عليه. المبحث السادس: بيان التبديل، واحتمال الخاص له، والأثر الفقهي المترتب عليه. المبحث السابع: بيان الضرورة، واحتمال الخاص له، والأثر الفقهي المترتب عليه. تتمة في: الاحتمال الناشئ عن دليل هل يخرج الخاص عن القطعية؟ الخاتمة: وتتضمن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها من خلال الكتابة في هذا البحث مثل: كون البيان باعتباره فعل المبين هو "إخراج الشيء عن حيز الإشكال إلى حيز التجلي والوضوح"، وباعتباره "الدليل" يعرف بأنه "الدليل الموصل بصحيح النظر فيه إلى العلم بما هو دليل عليه"، بالإضافة لنتائج عديدة أخرى ذكرت في آخر البحث.

This research revolves around “The specific and its possibility of the types of statement according to the Hanafi School- an applied fundamental study.” It is not hidden from the influence of this topic- including its application to jurisprudential issues- in enabling the reader to know the principle that the jurists followed when they issued their rulings on the special expression. The deterministic in its significance is the possibility of some types of statement without others, hence the research included after the introduction to seven sections and a conclusion: The first topic: mentioning the nature of the special, explaining its types, its significance, and its rulings. The second topic: Defining the statement, knowing what it contains, and explaining its divisions according to the Hanafi School. The third topic: the statement of the report, the possibility of it, and the jurisprudential impact on it. The fourth topic: Explanation of the interpretation, its special possibility, and the jurisprudential effect on it. The fifth topic: a statement of the change, its special possibility, and the jurisprudential impact on it. The sixth topic: Explanation of the switch, its special possibility, and the jurisprudential effect on it. The seventh topic: a statement of necessity, its special possibility, and the jurisprudential effect on it. Continued in: The possibility arising from evidence, does the particular depart from the definitive? Conclusion: It includes the most important results that have been reached through writing in this research, such as: the statement being the verb of the manifest is “to take the thing out of the sphere of confusion to the sphere of manifestation and clarity”, and considering it as “evidence” it is defined as “the evidence that connects to the correct consideration of it to science” What is the evidence for it,” in addition to many other results mentioned at the end of the research.
