المستخلص: This research aims to highlight the importance of imitativeness to help others, as well as the value of rewarding the benefactor for his kindness, from a Qur'anic perspective, through the story of Moses - peace be upon him - with the two girls. In addition, it also aims at implanting these two morals in the souls of society members, linking them to the good example represented in the personality of the Prophet of God Moses - peace be upon him - and the father, the wise Sheikh. To achieve that, the researchers adopted the analytical inductive approach. The research included an introduction, a preface, three chapters, a conclusion, and an index of resources and references. The researchers reached several results, the most important of which are: 1- A righteous Muslim takes the initiative to offer assistance to others, seeking the pleasure of God Almighty, without looking for a worldly benefit. 2- Rewarding the initiator for his goodness is a reason for the continuation of goodness among people. Thus, it was not neglected by the righteous and nobles. 3- The Prophet of God Moses - peace be upon him - applied the principle of imitativeness in the best way, helping the two girls without looking for a reward. 4- Difficulties and obstacles, no matter how great they are, cannot discourage the initiator from helping and doing good. 5- The emphasis in the Holy Qur’an on the bashfulness of the two girls when they asked Moses to come to the father, the sheikh, indicates the importance of instilling bashfulness in words and actions among girls. 6- Rewarding the father of the two girls to Moses - peace be upon him - by honor and hospitality, and by marrying him to one of his two daughters, brought him a sense of security in addition to family stability. 7- The imitativeness in serving the two girls was the reason for Moses - peace be upon him - to obtain a livelihood that he did not expect. The researchers also recommended the following: 1- Preparing studies to inspire virtuous morals through the stories of the prophets - peace be upon them. 2- Adding a course in educational centers to study the morals of the prophets - peace be upon them - through the Noble Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah.

يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية المبادرة إلى نفع الغير، وكذلك أهمية مكافأة المحسن على إحسانه من منظور قرآني، وذلك من خلال قصة موسى -عليه السلام-مع الفتاتين، كما يهدف إلى غرس هذين الخلقين في نفوس أفراد المجتمع، وربطهم بالقدوة الحسنة المتمثلة في شخص نبي الله موسى -عليه السلام-والأب الشيخ الحكيم، وقد سلك الباحثان المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي. اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهرس للمصادر والمراجع. وقد توصل الباحثان إلى عدة نتائج، من أبرزها: ١-المسلم الصالح يبادر إلى تقديم المساعدة للغير؛ ابتغاء وجه الله تعالى-دون تطلع لمنفعة دنيوية. ٢-مكافأة المبادر على إحسانه سبب لاستمرار الإحسان بين الناس؛ ولذلك لم يهمله الصالحون والنبلاء. ٣-نبي الله موسى -عليه السلام-طبق مبدأ المبادرة في أبهى صوره، فساعد الفتاتين بدون تطلع لمكافأة. 4-الصعوبات والمعوقات مهما بلغت لا يمكن لها أن تثني المبادر عن المساعدة وفعل الخير. 5-تأكيد القرآن الكريم على حياء الفتاتين عند طلب موسى للمجيء للأب الشيخ يدل على أهمية غرس خلق الحياء في القول والفعل لدى الفتيات. ٦-مكافأة والد الفتاتين لموسى -عليه السلام-بإكرامه، وضيافته، وتزويجه إحدى ابنتيه حققت له الشعور بالأمن إلى جانب الاستقرار الأسري. 7-المبادرة في خدمة الفتاتين كانت سببا في حصول موسى -عليه السلام-على رزق لم يكن يتوقعه. كما أوصى الباحثان بما يأتي: ١-إعداد دراسات لاستلهام الأخلاق الفاضلة من خلال قصص الأنبياء -عليهم السلام. ٢-إضافة مقرر دراسي في مراكز التعليم يعنى بدراسة أخلاق الأنبياء -عليهم السلام-من خلال القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية.
