المستخلص: Title of the Research: "Doctrinal issues quoted from the scholar Hamza Ibn Sheikh Alslamiah Alhanbali, May Allah Have mercy on him with an investigation of an issue of his selections". His Name: Hamza bin Musa bin Ahmed bin Al Hussein bin Badran bin Ahmed bin Amr bin Mufrej bin Abdullah bin AlFath bin Khaqan bin Ahmed bin Gartouj. His Death: He died in (769H). His scientific position and the scholars, appreciation: He was one of the greatest scholars of his time. Indeed, he won the leading position in several sciences including jurisprudence. Therefore, we find that Hanbali scholars have quoted lots from him, and relied on his books in knowledge of the Hanbali doctrine, and statement of correct in the doctrine of his selections, as well as illustration of mentioned in the doctrine on what is discussed in the research. However, all his books are lost, there is nothing of his science or selections except what is scattered in the folds of books. The researcher wanted to contribute, even if with a small matter, to the dissemination of this scholars jurisprudential efforts and the revelations of his books. Then the researcher studied the issue of his selections. The research prepared the plan in accordance with what should be adopted in scientific theses. The researcher tried to summarize the search in order not to exceed what is specified in your esteemed magazine. God’s prayers and peace be upon his prophet Muhammad, his family and companions.

عنوان البحث: المسائل الفقهية التي نقلت عن العلامة حمزة، ابن شيخ السلامية الحنبلي -رحمه الله- مع دراسة مسألة من اختياراته. كان من أكابر علماء عصره، بل لقد حاز قصب السبق في عدة علوم، ومنها الفقه؛ ولذلك نجد أن كثيرا من علماء الحنابلة قد أكثروا من النقل عنه، واعتمدوا على كتبه في معرفة المذهب الحنبلي، وبيان الصحيح في المذهب من اختياراته، وكذلك بيات الروايات في المذهب على ما هو موضح في البحث. غير أن جميع كتبه مفقودة، وغير موجودة، ولا يوجد من علمه واختياراته إلا ما تناثر في بطون الكتب. فأراد الباحث أن يسهم - ولو بشيء يسير- في نشر جهود هذا العالم الفقهية، وبيات مؤلفاته، ثم قام الباحث بدراسة مسألة من اختياراته. وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلى الله وسلم وبارك على عبده ورسوله محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه، وسلم تسليما كثيرا.
