المستخلص: يهدف موضوع البحث إلى معالجة إشكالية تتساءل عن وجود أثر للإنتاج الرشيق على تخفيض تكاليف العملية الإنتاجية في المؤسسات الصناعية، لاسيما وحدة إنتاج الخزف الصحي "بولاية الشلف"، وتم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبيان، بينما تقدير نموذج القياس فاستخدم فيه التحليل الإحصائي للانحدار المتعدد، وتم استخدام برنامج SPSS 24 في عمليات الحساب. من النتائج المتوصل إليها: وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية ووجود أثر إيجابي أيضا تختلف شدة كل منهما من بعد للآخر بين أبعاد الإنتاج الرشيق، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود تأثير إيجابي لعناصر الإنتاج الرشيق على تخفيض تكاليف العملية الإنتاجية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما أن بعدي الصيانة الشاملة والتحسين المستمر كانتا من أكثر الأبعاد تأثيرا في تخفيض تكاليف العملية الإنتاجية.

The subject of the research aims to search in a problem that questions the existence of lean production on reducing the costs of the production process in industrial establishments, especially the healthy ceramic production unit in " willaya de Chlef", and the data was collected by a questionnaire, while estimating the measurement model was used in statistical analysis of multiple regression. From the results reached there is a positive correlation relationship and a positive effect also the intensity of each varies from one dimension to the other between the dimensions of lean production, as the results also showed that after the comprehensive maintenance and continuous improvement, they were one of the most influential dimensions in reducing the costs of the production process.

Cette étude vise à répondre à une question problématique concernant l'impact de la production agile sur la réduction des coûts du processus de production dans les établissements industriels, en particulier l'unité de production sanitaire de Chlef, et les données ont été collectées au moyen d'un questionnaire, tandis que l'estimation du modèle de mesure a été utilisée dans l'analyse statistique de la régression multiple. Parmi les résultats atteints: la présence d'une corrélation positive et la présence d'un impact positif aussi l'intensité de chacune varie d'une dimension à l'autre entre les dimensions de la production agile, car les résultats ont également montré qu'après l'entretien complet et l'amélioration continue étaient l'une des dimensions les plus influentes dans la réduction des coûts du processus de production.
