المستخلص: الصلاة عمود الدين، وهي الأساس للدين القويم، وعليها مدار صلاح العمل وفساده، وإليها يسند إيمان المرء وكفره، فمن تركها فقد كفر. لم تسقط في حال ولا زمان عن غير الحائض والنفساء، فقد أوجبها الله تعالى حتى على المقاتلين في أرض المعارك؛ رغم سيل الدماء واحتدام القتال ووقع النصال على النصال ورغم سمو غايتهم وشرف مقصدهم إلا أن شأن الصلاة ومنزلتها أعلى، ومقامها أرفع وأجل شأنا. لكن الشارع شرع فيها التيسير لهم ولغيرهم من أولي الأعذار كالمرضى والمسافرين وذلك لسماحة وعظمة هذا الدين، فالشريعة راعت المكلفين إن أمنا وإن خوفا، وإن حضرا وإن سفرا، وإن صحة وإن مرضا، فجعلت لكل حكمه وأولته كل اهتمام، ويصلي بصفة بينتها الشريعة أتم بيان. وممن راعتهم الشريعة المرضى، وجعلت صلاتهم على درجات يبدأ بالأقدر منها فالأقدر، ومن تلك الدرجات الإيماء بالركوع والسجود، وقد تم تصنيع كراسي مختصة يرتبط بها أصل صلب أشبه بالطاولة قد تتصل بالكرسي وقد تنفصل عنه، لكنها تمكن المصلي من السجود عليها وتمكين جبهته منها ليشبه بذلك الساجد على الأرض. وبعد التأمل فيها فيمكن تخريجها على مسألة تكلم عنها الفقهاء الأسلاف وهي مسألة السجود على الموضع المرتفع أو الوسادة المرتفعة إذ الصورة واحدة، وقد انتهى بحث هذه المسألة إلى كراهة السجود على الوسادة المرتفعة وعليه فيكره السجود على السجادة الحديثة المرتفعة.
