هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق وحدات بمبادئ هالويك في تحسين الصحة النفسية للمسنين وقد استخدم المنهج التجريبي بتصميم الاختبار القبلي البعدي للعينة بتطبيق مبادئ هالويك العشر الأساسية في البرنامج الذي تم في الوسط المائي خلال فترة 03 أشهر على عينة قوامها 10 مسنين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 76- 85 سنة بمركز الرعاية بمستغانم وقد استخدم مقياس الصحة النفسية لكولديبيرغ وأظهرت النتائج في كل محاور المقياس وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي للعينة لصالح القياس البعدي في مقياس الصحة النفسية مما اثبت تحسن في جوانب الصحة النفسية لدى المسنين. The study aimed to identify the effect of applying units in the Halliwick principles to improving the mental health of the elderly. The experimental method was used to design the pre-test for the sample by applying the ten basic principles of Halliwick in the program that was done in the aqueous milieu during a period of 03 months on a sample of 10 elderly between the ages of 76 - 85 years at the Mostaganem Care Center. The Mental Health Scale of Koldberg was used. The results showed in all axes and aspects of the scale that there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the sample in favor of the post measurement in the mental health scale, which demonstrated an improvement in mental health aspects in the elderly. L'étude visait à identifier l'effet de l'application d'unités des principes halliwick sur l'amélioration de la santé mentale des personnes âgées. L'approche expérimentale a été utilisée pour concevoir le pré-test de l'échantillon en appliquant les dix principes de base de Halliwick dans le programme qui a été réalisé en milieu aqueux pendant une période de 03 mois sur un échantillon de 10 personnes âgées de 76 - 85 ans au centre de soins de Mostaganem. L'échelle de santé mentale de Koldberg a été utilisée. Les résultats ont montré dans tous les axes et aspects de l'échelle qu'il existe des différences statistiquement significatives entre les mesures pré et post de l'échantillon en faveur de la mesure post dans l'échelle de santé mentale, qui a démontré une amélioration des aspects de santé mentale chez les personnes âgées. |
