يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على المساندة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات النفسية لدى ناشئ السباحة وبناء مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بخطواته وإجراءاته باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي، نظرا لملائمته لإجراءات البحث وقام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث (130) من ناشئي السباحة بمنطقة القاهرة، وقام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث الاستطلاعية بالطريقة العشوائية وقوامها (30) ناشئ سباحة وقام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث الأساسية بالطريقة العمدية وقوامها (100) ناشئ سباحة، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن: - جاءت أعلى أهمية نسبية في ترتيب أبعاد المتغيرات النفسية لناشئي السباحة حسب استجابات عينة البحث دافعية الإنجاز بأهمية نسبية (80.05%) يليه الثقة بالنفس بأهمية نسبية (75.21%)، يليه القلق بأهمية نسبية (42.5%). - جاءت أعلى أهمية نسبية في ترتيب أبعاد مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية لناشئي السباحة حسب استجابات عينة البحث بعد المساندة التقديرية بأهمية نسبية (70%) يليه بعد المساندة المالية بأهمية نسبية (68.51%) يليه بعد مساندة الأصدقاء بأهمية نسبية (64.16%)، يليه بعد المساندة الانفعالية بأهمية نسبية (62.96%)، يليه بعد المساندة بالمعلومات بأهمية نسبية (59.25%). - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين مجموع مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية وجميع المتغيرات النفسية لناشئي السباحة، حيث كانت 1 المحسوبة أكبر من قيمتها الجدولية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05، مما يدل على وجود ارتباط طردي لدافعية الإنجاز والثقة بالنفس وارتباط عكسي في القلق، وكان أكبر ارتباط مع المقياس ككل بدرجة (0.884).
- The research aims to identify social support and its relationship to some psychological variables among the infant swimming pool and to build a measure of social support. - The researcher used the descriptive approach with its steps and procedures using the survey method, due to its suitability to the research procedures, and the researcher selected the research sample (130) from the beginners of swimming in the Cairo area, and the researcher selected the exploratory research sample by the random method and consisted of (30) swimming buddies and the researcher selected the basic research sample by the intentional method It consists of (100) swimming buds, and the results of the research showed that: - The highest relative importance came in arranging the dimensions of the psychological variables of infant swimming according to the responses of the research sample, the motivation of achievement with relative importance (85.05%), followed by self-confidence of relative importance (75.21%) followed by anxiety of relative importance (42.5%). - The highest relative importance came in arranging the dimensions of the social support scale for junior swimming according to the responses of the research sample after the estimated support of relative importance (70%) followed by after the financial support of relative importance (68.51%) followed by after the support of friends with relative importance (64.16%) followed by after the emotional support With relative importance (62.96%) followed by after support with information with relative importance (59.25%). - There are statistically significant differences between the total of the social support scale and all the psychological variables for junior swimming, where the calculated value of r was greater than its tabular value at a significant level of 0.05, which indicates an indirect correlation for achievement motivation and self-confidence and an inverse correlation with anxiety, and the largest correlation was with the scale as a whole. With a degree (0.884).
