المستخلص: تكفل الله تعالى بحفظ دينه، وعلم أصول الفقه هو أحد دعائم حفظ هذا الدين، ومن موضوعات هذا العلم التي تعمل على حفظ الدين الدلالات، فهي وسيلة لفهم الكتاب والسنة، ولهذا فقد رأيت من الأهمية بحث جانبا من هذه الدلالات، وهي دلالة الحصر، التي هي أحد أنواع مفهوم المخالفة، فذكرت في المقدمة أهمية الدلالات، وما يتعلق بها، ثم ذكرت أهمية مفهوم الحصر، وخلاف الأصوليين في كون مفهوم الحصر مفهوما مستقلا أو لا، ثم تكلمت عن تعريف مفهوم الحصر، وطرقه، ثم تكلمت عن الآثار الأصولية المترتبة على الخلاف في مفهوم الحصر في العموم والخصوص، فتكلمت عن عموم مفهوم الحصر، وما يترتب عليه من آثار أصولية، وعن التخصيص بمفهوم الحصر، وما يترتب عليه من آثار أصولية، ثم تكلمت عن الآثار الأصولية المترتبة على الخلاف في مفهوم الحصر في النسخ، فتكلمت فيه عن نسخ مفهوم الحصر، والنسخ بمفهوم الحصر، ثم تكلمت عن الآثار الأصولية المترتبة على الخلاف في مفهوم الحصر في التعارض والترجيح، وتكلمت فيه عن تعارض طرق الحصر فيما بينها، وتعارض مفهوم الحصر مع غيره من المفاهيم، وتعارض مفهوم الحصر مع غيره من الدلالات اللفظية، وأما الخاتمة فذكرت فيها بعد الحمد لله والثناء عليه، والصلاة والسلام على رسوله صل الله عليه وسلم أهم نتائج البحث، وفهارسه العلمية.

One of the subjects of this science that works to preserve religion is connotations, it's a way of understanding the book and the year, and so I thought it important to look at some of these connotations.
