|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مسألة من المسائل المشكلة وهي: «الإقامة التي تقطع أحكام السفر» أي: تحديد المدة التي إذا أقامها المسافر في بلد من البلدان منعته من الترخص برخص السفر. وهي مسألة متشعبة جدا، وقد ذكرت تحرير محل النزاع، ثم الأقوال في المسألة والمناقشات. وخلصت يعد ذلك للقول الأرجح-حسب ما ظهر لي-مع تنبيهات حول المسألة محل البحث.

|b This research aims to study one of the problematic issues, namely: “Iqama that interrupts the provisions of travel” that is: determining the period that, if a traveler stays in one of the countries, prevents him from obtaining travel permits. It is a very complex issue, and I mentioned the liberation of the subject of the dispute, then the statements on the issue and the discussions. And I concluded that this is the most likely statement- as it appeared to me- with warnings about the issue in question.
