المستخلص: هذا البحث يتناول بالتحقيق جزءا حديثيا من مكتبة السنة المشرفة، ويعتبر صاحبه وهو العلامة ضياء الدين المقدسي من أهم من ساهم بالتصنيف في سنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. هذا الجزء هو: (الجزء الأول من الأحاديث المسلسلات) جمع: ضياء الدين محمد بن عبد الواحد المقدسي المتوفى سنة: (٦٤٣ ه)، وهو جزء لطيف الحجم، عظيم القدر، عرفه المتقدمون، لكنه ما زال حبيس المكتبات الخطية، فأردت تحقيقه والعناية به حتى يستفيد منه طلاب العلم. وكان السبب في اختيار هذا الموضوع هو مكانة هذا العالم العلمية، وتتبع مؤلفاته المخطوطة، وقد استوقفني هذا الجزء حيث لم ينل العناية التامة، ولم يحقق من قبل، فأردت إخراجه في صورة تليق بمكانة هذا الإمام، وحتى يستفيد طلاب العلم منه، ويكون إضافة للمكتبة الحديثية. خطة البحث: وكان عملي في هذا الجزء وفق الخطة التالية: جعلت هذا البحث على مقدمة، وقسمين، وخاتمة، وفهارس للموضوع. أما المقدمة فتشتمل على أهمية الموضوع وخطة البحث فيه. وأما القسم الأول: فيشتمل على مبحثين هما: المبحث الأول: في التعريف بالإمام الضياء المقدسي وفيه عدة مطالب: اسمه ونسبه ومولده. وطلبه للعلم، ورحلاته، وشيوخه وتلاميذه. وأقوال العلماء فيه، مؤلفاته، وفاته، والتعريف بهذا الجزء وصحة نسبته إلى مؤلفه ووصف نسخه الخطية. والمبحث الثاني: في التعريف بالمسلسلات ومدى اهتمام العلماء بها وفيه عدة مطالب هي: المسلسل لغة واصطلاحا، وأنواع المسلسل، وأهم المؤلفات فيه، ومنهج الضياء في هذا الجزء. وأما القسم الثاني فهو في تحقيق النص ويشتمل على: ذكر النص كاملا، وترقيم الأحاديث، تخريج الأحاديث من كتب السنة. دراسة الأسانيد والحكم عليها، وأما الخاتمة: فتشتمل على أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي ظهرت من خلال البحث. وأما الفهارس: فهناك فهارس متنوعة تخدم البحث من جميع جوانبه. وهذا الجزء أسهم إسهاما كبيرا في التمثيل لنوع من أنواع علوم الحديث وهو نوع الحديث المسلسل ليستعين به طالب العلم الحديثي.

This research deals with the investigation of a modern part of the library of the honorable Sunnah, and its author, the scholar Dia Al-Din Al-Maqdisi, is considered one of the most important contributors to the classification in the Sunnah of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. This part is: (The first part of the serial hadiths) collected by: Zia al-Din Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahed al-Maqdisi, who died in the year: (643 AH), and it is a part of a nice size, of great destiny, known to the forerunners, but it is still confined to the written libraries, so I wanted to investigate it and take care of it until Science students benefit from it. The reason for choosing this topic was the scholarly status of this scholar, and the follow-up of his manuscript writings. I was stopped by this part as it was not fully taken care of, and was not investigated before, so I wanted to produce it in a form befitting the status of this imam, so that students of knowledge can benefit from it, and be an addition to the hadith library. . Research plan: My work in this part was according to the following plan: I made this research into an introduction, two sections, a conclusion, and indexes of the subject. The introduction includes the importance of the topic and the research plan for it. As for the first section: It includes two sections: The first topic: In introducing Imam Al-Diyaa Al-Maqdisi, and it contains several demands: his name, lineage, and birth. And his request for knowledge, and his trips, and his elders and students. And the sayings of scholars about it, his writings, his death, the definition of this part, the validity of its attribution to its author, and the description of its written copies. The second topic: In the definition of soap operas and the extent of the scholars’ interest in them, and it contains several demands, namely: serial language and idiomatically, the types of serials, the most important literature in it, and the light’s approach in this part. As for the second section, it is in the investigation of the text and includes: mentioning the entire text, numbering the hadiths, extracting the hadiths from the books of the Sunnah. The study of the evidence and its judgment, and the conclusion: it includes the most important results and recommendations that emerged through the research. As for the indexes: there are various indexes that serve the research in all its aspects. This part has made a great contribution to the representation of a type of hadith science, which is the type of serial hadith that the student of hadith science can use.
